"Really great place. It's just opened so everything is new and the environment cosy. Location is good and the promotional price I paid was excellent value with included breakfast and a nice 5-bed shared room with a decent bathroom. The WiFi was good and a coffee was a reasonable 35 as were beers at 50. Breakfast was included too and was decent also. "This property was conveniently located. 24 hour access with security and staff available. Provided safe, gated parking. Helped facilitate my car rental and helped us get a discounted rate. The accommodations were comfortable and the pricing was the best in the area for the level of quality we received. We will stay here again on our next visit to Nicaragua, from the U.S."

"The receptionists are awesome Louis and Mellisa. They are extremely helpful to each and every customer. It’s an exceptional service I have seen in Nicaragua. "Stayed for one night after a long flight. 25 mins taxi from Managua airport. Arrived after check in and they waited for us. Host was excellent, very helpful. Clean room and free breakfast (toast and cereal). 5 min taxi to bus station for our onward travel "

"Brand new hostel. Paid for breakfast which was very good. Owner speaks english. Is quite far from town center for going for food and entertainment. Also, the online price was lower than what we paid. As it was only one night, the 50% increase was too much of a big deal. However, it would certainly add up if staying for a few nights. "

"Was up all night all of the nights because the owner had a German Shepard 3 feet from my room. And he kept at every little thing. Lots of construction. Toilet doesn’t work. Loud constant traffic. "

Spacious, & secluded property with house, comfortable shaded pool deck and pool.

"Words can't describe the beauty of this place. The location is one of a kind setting on the shores of quator lake. From this location you can go to many other areas of interest in Nicaragua. The security staff here was friendly and very attentive. They did our laundry, Vegeta scrub, and clean her car and went and got us gas we couldn't be happier."

"Excellent no frills, economical, boutique-style hotel close the airport. The room was simple, but very clean. The bed was super comfortable, including the pillows, and the AC was on point. Made-to-order food, snacks, and drinks were readily available in the lobby area, and a simple breakfast was included. Check-in was very easy and the staff was very helpful. The neighborhood was very safe - gated with security. Airport transportation is availble for about $5. The shower wasn't really hot, but was was tolerable. This isn't the Hilton, but if you're looking for a more typical local type experience at a good price, this is the place to stay. Highly recommend!"
