"The house is very spacious and feels homely. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need. The bbq and pizza oven are great. We eat the best pizza's we ever had. Unfortunately we had some bad weather so we couldnt use the solarium. But the owner was always there to ask for tips and we enjoyed ourselves perfectly with relaxing and cooking. "This property is a beautiful old palazzo, gardens and terrace with a view of the Adriatic Sea. There are several apartments in the palazzo (the owner showed us three of them - all lovely) and we had the one on the ground floor. It was clean, well stocked and everything was as described on the website. The owner is charming, friendly and helpful. We only stayed a short time and did not see everything the area had to offer."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Located in a great neighborhood, and the staff is friendly, accommodating and professional. In fact, when our train was delayed significantly, they were extremely helpful and kind to ensure that we still had a stress-free check in and access to our room. For that, we are very thankful. . "Staff were really helpful especially Pio from the breakfast area. The property was under renovation during the time that we were there so there’s some hint of construction dust when we checked in our room. Housekeeping was helpful in making it go away. The rooms were really nice and comfortable. It’s very modern and the washroom was squeaky clean. 10 min walk from Padre Pio Shrine. Access to it is right across the hotel. Highly recommended"
