"Large family group with 8 adults and one infant. The villa was fabulous and very spacious and very well suited to the adults. A little challenging for the infant but we knew that from the accurate depiction. Very helpful team during stay and the cleaner on the middle weekend did a fabulous job."

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, inbesondere die grosse Terasse (Gli Gnomi), die beiden Pools und die Nähe zum schönen Spoleto (10 Min. zum Parkplatz Posterna, Rolltreppe). Auch die beiden Schlafzimmer mit jeweils Bad recht komfortabel. Die Klimaanlage ist allerdings nur im Wohnraum. Leider ist das Haus von Gli Gnomi sehr hellhörig bzgl. oberer Wohnung, wir hatten das große Pech, schreiendes Baby und nicht zeitumgestellte Gäste aus dem dem Osten über uns zu haben, daher Lärm bereits vor...

"This house is perfect for staying with friends and family. The views are beautiful and the house is very well maintained and kitchen well stocked with all equipment required. The cupboard to help yourself to if you’d forgotten any essentials was a really lovely touch. Tracy and Francesco could not have been more accommodating in answering questions and checking in with us whilst we stayed. We cannot recommend this house more - a really great place to stay."

"We were on a family holiday with two families and grandparents. The accommodation was perfect as we were all able to have our own space with ample communal space as well. The pool was perfect and there are many choices of areas to sit and relax. The hosts could not have been accommodating and welcoming. Easy access to a variety of local supermarkets meant catering was easy. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Fantastic villa in beautiful surroundings! Very nice and large pool in a beautiful garden. Not much tourists in the area, very genuine experience. Nice restaurants on walking distance. Good location if you want to explore the rest of Umbria and Rome. Everything went very smoothly with the owner and everyone else involved. Quick response if we had something to ask. I can gladly recommend this villa for your next Italian holiday! ♥️"

"We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment. It was fabulous, spotlessly clean, very well maintained and a lovely private patio to sit outside. The pool was amazing, really big with lots of pool furniture to laze about. A first class property; I would recommend highly. The friendly owner lives on site with sweet cats. "

" An impressive property which sadly does not quite live up to the discription. The furnishings are all very tired, the kitchen chaotic, the cleanliness not up to scratch and the worst of all, NO WIFI, although this is promised. Self catering means different things in different villas, in this one, the very basics are provided to last for one day!! A shame, when with a bit more effort and concern for the travellers this really could be a superb property."

"The villa was everything we expected, it was a beautiful Italian stone house. The pool and the scenery was superb. When we meet up with owner he gave us a lot of information and took care of us in a great way. We can really recommend this place for other travelers!"

"We loved the house, its location and our time in Amelia. Both Gaia and Giulia were very responsive and also Gianfillipo checked in from his holiday. It is a beautiful property, very comfortable with lots of attention to detail. Also, normally these types of houses are in the countryside, but this was the best of both worlds, right next to the lovely village of Amelia, but also with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. We had a fantastic time there."

"This was a great property for extended family. Lots of interesting places within an our and also some authentic Italian villages to explore nearby. The local pizzeria was very good and not expensive. Priests and her partner were very helpful and looked after us well. A very relaxing holiday but very hot in Augusta’s one downside is no air conditioning. "
