When the tide comes in, the water is under the house so you are actually over the water and can actually fish from the deck. "The house itself was nice had a little bumps about it but still was an amazing stay for myself and family. The front door needs to be fixed you had to really push to get it open and to close it you almost had to pull pretty hard. Other than that there was some minor issues but overall the entire stay was amazing. The sunrise every morning off the balcony was breathtaking. The walks on the beach and sunsets, my family really enjoyed. Thank you for the beautiful view!"

"Check in was a breeze and the property was very clean inside and out. The property is located perfectly next to the San Luis Pass public boat ramp with easy access in and out. It is a great property for a fishing trip and just hanging out around the fire pit and barbecue. The host was accessible and responsive."
