"The biggest disappointment was interaction with the host. We never met him/her and all communication was via phone call or watts app. Arrival was confusing as we did not know it involved a key safe. There was no information pack. Whilst the accommodation was spotlessly clean a number of things could’ve been better. Missing light bulbs, inability to close double bedroom door (had to prop a chair against it to obtain privacy.) The pool could’ve been cleaner and equipment to help with this was piled behind a bush. Overall whilst we enjoyed our stay these elements caused us some frustrations. Overall rating adequate."

"I wish I could have stayed longer. This is exactly the kind of hotel I imagined staying at for a Spanish holiday. Even though it is out of the city a bit, it is so relaxing and so personalized that we loved every second of the stay. Plus waking up to that amazing breakfast spread and flower atrium just can’t be beat. Thank you for the stay "

"The property is falsely advertised as Seville, when it is fact 15km away in another City entirely. I had to chase the host for the check in instructions and address which were only provided a day before check in. I immediatrly questioned the location and she ignored my messages. I raised the issue with vrbo and had no response. We were forced to check in, and expressed our dissatisfaction about the materially misleading advertisement. The host simply shrugged her shoulders, and did not agree to us cancelling.I continued to try to reach a resolution with vrbo every single day and was never given any help. The hosts had loud building work all day one of the days, with no courtesy message to let us know it was happening or notify us that strangers would be around the property. They also decided to clean the pool the one warm sunny day we were trying to enjoy the amenities, so instead we had lots of equipment and the host moving hoses and loud machines around the pool all day. We were tired of incurring costs getting to Seville and checked out early, incurring additional costs for another hotel. We again expressed our dissatisfaction with the host who said she would not refund anything. The host simply doesnt care that the listing is wrong, and shrugged her shoulders to every encounter."
