The Almonds Holiday Home

An extraordinary villa, large south facing pool, large mature garden, free air-conditioning, luxurious finishing, private sauna.

This exclusive villa with south westerly views towards the renowned Dwejra bay, is fully equipped for all your self-catering needs.

The house has been designed to best exploit the spectacular views around the pool, this wonderful outside space is completed by the added feature of a BBQ prepared and ready for use.

Its décor and furnishings are top of the range, functional and comfortable for the visitor, the ground floor consists of a large living space with adjoining open plan kitchen/dining area, leading onto the pool/garden areas. This floor is the completed with access to a bedroom with ensuite facilities.

The south westerly facing terrace on the first floor allows for spectacular views especially at sunsets, which has to be experienced. With the terrace being accessible directly from the master bedroom as well as from a common hallway. This floor also has access to two bedrooms both with ensuite facilities, One sporting the added feature of a small sauna. This accommodation is truly a one off amazing property allowing for a wonderful holiday experience all year round.

Additional services:

Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with 2 towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use.

We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.

Maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more.

Land in Malta International Airport and than ferry crossing to Gozo. We can offer Car Hire and/or Direct Transfers from Airport to property after making the booking by completing our flight arrival and departure details form.

San Lawrenz is a small quiet village situated in the west of the island of Gozo. The village is built upon a flat surface surrounded by three hills - Ta' Ghammar, Ta' Gelmus and Ta' Dbiegi. San Lawrenz have one of the most famous bays in Gozo, Dwejra Bay. There is also a restaurant in Dwejra that serves lunch and dinner. For a fine dining experience you can also visit 5-star Kempinski Hotel, 1.3km away from the property.
Near the local food store (Lighthouse Supermarket - Gharb), one finds the Crafts Village which consists of a café along with several unique shops. The city of Victoria is 3.5 km from the property and here you can enjoy the rich history from the knight’s time while unwinding in one of the coffee shops you can find whilst you explore.

A mandatory fully refundable security deposit will be temporary held from a valid debit/credit card as follows:

€ 200 for up to 6 adults and
€ 400 from 7 adults and up for properties with private pool

This amount is needed to cover for the following:

Any damages (excluding normal tear and wear)
Any missing items from the property
Any excessive noise that can create a nuisance to neighbours.

This amount will be temporary blocked from the card provided when prompted by our automated email system, and released automatically within 3-7 days of checkout. Baron Holiday Homes have 48 hours from checkout to report any damage or missing items to guest in writing.

Please respect your neighbours during holiday with us, may we remind you that any loud noise is not permitted at any time during your stay.

Kindly note that price does not includes Malta Eco Tax, payable by all tourists, including locals from the age of 18 and over; €0.50c per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands. Capped at a maximum of €5 per person for each continuous stay.

Beautiful outdoor space and pool
Great balcony overlooking the sea, especially watching the evening sunset. Villas has great communal space, very spacious.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, die Ausstattung insgesamt eigentlich sehr gut, abgesehen von den sehr zerkratzten Pfannen. Das Duschwasser wurde leider immer nur lauwarm. Von der Terrasse im 1. Stock hat man Meerblick und kann täglich den Sonnenuntergang bestaunen. Unser bestellter Einkauf zur Ankuft war zu unserer Zufriedenheit und alles bereits im Kühlschrank verstaut. Eine riesiege Obstschale stand ebenfalls bereit. Nach 3 Tagen kamen 2 Angestellte und tauschten Handtücher usw. aus. Das hat uns sehr gefreut. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ortsrand, leider wird ab 6 Uhr morgens schon ringsherum auf Vögel geschossen. Die Knallerei konnten wir anfangs nicht einordnen.
