We are ready to host you at our paradise beach condo.<br>


Now with Wi-Fi, our 2 BR-2 BA, ground floor, fully furnished unit is located in a gated community and can comfortably accomodate 6 people. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and 4 single beds (2 bunk beds) in the second bedroom. There are two full bathrooms for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes washer and dryer. The living/dining room has an air conditioning unit as well as both bedrooms. Additional accessories include: gas grill, two 32" TVs with Roku included, three beach chairs, bath and beach towels, one beach cooler, linens, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, beach/pool toys and card games. It is located just a few steps from the pool and 200 meters walk on the grass of one of our pristine beaches, tennis courts and playground. It offers a free parking lot and is within a 5 min. drive to El Yunque rainforest, 30 min. to Fajardo Bio-Bay, 5 min. to Luquillo Kiosks, close to 5 golf courses and ferries to the islands of Vieques and Culebra. Supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and excellent shopping are also nearby. The airport is between 30-40 min. driving distance.

Idyllic beach
Location was outstanding just a few minutes walk to an idyllic, deserted beach. Communication with owners was great. They were very attentive and instructions were clear. Home was comfortable with all the essentials.

Enjoyed our stay!
A very nice place - as advertised. The owner was incredibly responsive and the whole complex is secure, well maintained and quiet. We loved having the beach so close - and it was not crowded. The location couldn’t have been better to enjoy the water and the national forest - and close enough to San Juan for fun outings. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great property choice
Very nice, clean condo, bed very comfortable, slept really well. Beach just a short walk using the walkway and great having the pool right outside the back door, a very nice pool. Several restaurants and activities close by, 5-10 minute drive from property. Owner easily accessible, contacted us a few days prior to arrival and stayed in contact until we met upon arrival at the property and was available to us if needed. Would definitely recommend, a beautiful island

Great midwinter getaway
Great property, Jose Luis was fantastic. They had New Year celebratory stuff including glasses and and gazoos. Everything was as advertised. Would stay here again. Only thing I would say is needed are some true reclining beach chairs for the beach.

Just Fabulous!!
We had a wonderful stay. My son 10 and nephew 16 really enjoyed the stunning beach and then directly across from the unit the sparkling pool. Great location not to far from San Juan and close to many activities and the Marinas for snorkeling fun. The beach is just lovely for Morning walks and all day fun, just a minute walk. Very isolated and never too busy. We really loved it and definitely would pop back!!

After being met by Jose with a bottle of welcome sparkling wine, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The property is in a gated community right by the pool and steps from a wonderful beach. We had everything we needed and met a wonderful group of new friends, our neighbors. The managers were very helpful, and we recommend staying at this property.

Ideal location
We loved being right in front of the pool. The pool is sparkling clean, and a good size for laps, 20 yards. It was never crowded. The beach is beautiful, too. Jose Luis was a very good host.

Great condo near a stunning beach
Our family of three really enjoyed our stay and Jose Luis was incredibly responsive and helpful to us! We visited many beaches during our stay in Puerto Rico but the beach next to this condo was phenomenal and probably our favorite. The pool was clean and super close, which pleased our seven year old. The condo is also very close to the entrance to El Yunque rainforest and great restaurants. We'd love to come stay again sometime!

Awesome place
We really loved this place!! It had everything we needed and the beach was so wonderful and never crowded, my daughters always wanted to go back to "our" beach from anywhere we visited. The condo was very convenient to grocery store, bakery, gas, and many great places to see. The only negative is that there are random power outages that can last a couple of hours at a time. Happened to us twice. I would highly recommend staying here!!!

A wonderful place!
We enjoyed this place very much! We loved the efficient communication with our host. Our flight was late in the day and they allowed us to stay until 2pm!! We liked the location because we could walk on the beach for an hour in the morning while our teens slept in. We really enjoyed swimming at the beach and in the pool which is right outside the door! It was close to El Yunque and we were on trails within 30 minutes. It was close enough to drive into Old San Juan too. We felt very safe in this super quiet and gated community! The place was super clean and was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, a bar of soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, and toilet paper! The suggestions for improvement- provide a baking sheet (or two) and put both a fitted and top sheet (with blanket) on the twin beds. Would stay here again for sure!

Fabulous Place for Fun and Relaxation
We had great communication with owner, helpful directions and some ideas about nearby attractions. The condo is very clean and comfortable. The pool is lovely and very quiet. We were often the only ones in the pool. The beach is very inviting. There are some trees for shade, lots of space to spread out in the sand and the ocean is right there. This also a great location for accessing El Yunque National Forest.

Amazing place to escape the winter!
We had such an amazing stay here! Jose Luis’ place is clean and spacious with all the necessary amenities (including fun beach/pool toys), right across from a beautiful pool, and only a few short steps from a beautiful beach. The property is also in a fantastic location, close to the rainforest, other beaches, and not too far from San Juan. There were also quite a few excellent restaurants nearby and the kiosks at Luquillo were only a short drive. The property was a great home base. It was also a gated community and very safe, and the beach was private (we almost always had it all to ourselves). We also arrived late (around 10pm) and Jose Luis made sure that we had clear instructions on how to find the place and the key, so check-in was very easy. Overall, we highly recommend this place! For the value, you really can’t beat it!

Great Place to Stay!!
Property is in a really good location. Very very clean. Jose Luis was very responsive. Close to very good beaches. Water heater didn’t work well in our stay but Jose helped us how to reset the water heater to get hot water, he said he will replace after we leave. This property is family friendly. I highly recommend it.

Amazing Vacation
My family and I had a great week at Juan and Mayra’s place. It was great access to the pool and beach. We felt safe at all times. The place was just as described. We could have used a few more blankets and wash cloths (we bought some when we went to town). The power went out once - but it is Puerto Rico and it happens (it was also the middle of the night). The only issue, my text messages were not going through so it was hard at times to contact Juan, but he was just fine with phone calls. Jenny the neighbor is a delight and so friendly! We would recommend this place/location to anyone who wants the beauty of the beach and quietness, and yet still close enough to the hustle and bustle. We will be back ☺️

Wonderful place to stay!
We loved everything about staying at Jose Luis and Mayra’s place. The condo was clean, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook, and Jose Luis and Mayra were very communicative and provided us with great info on things to do in the area. Check in and check out process was seamless. The location was perfect… Right on the beach where we had a blast playing and taking sunrise and sunset walks. Everything we needed to enjoy the beach (towels, chairs, beach toys, etc) was provided. The location is also in close proximity to numerous points of interest, like El Yunque State Park, zip lining, Luquillo, Loíza, Old San Juan, and the ferry in Ceiba. There are numerous restaurants and a grocery store nearby. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Beach Getaway
We had a wonderful 28 day vacation. This property had the perfect location for us and everything we needed! Pool was steps away from our patio. The most beautiful beach just an easy 2 minute walk. We seriously were able to do a 3 mile walk every morning on this beach. Check in was flawless, well kept, secure area. Condo had a nice kitchen and comfy bed. Luquillo, Fajardo, wonderful and amazing El Yunque, restaurants and shopping all very close by. So happy we picked this spot. Thanks Jose Luis!

Perfect & Quiet
My sister and our two daughters (7 & 8) stayed here for a week and it was perfection! It was clean and VERY well stocked with linens, pillows, soaps, toys, beach chairs, a Bluetooth speaker, 2 smart TVs, a mini split in every room and so much more! Jose Luis was immediately responsive and always helpful. The apartment’s proximity to a pool (out the back door!), the beach (2 min walk away!) restaurants (less than a 5 min drive!) groceries, attractions (el Yunque, San Juan, Fajardo, MORE!) was PERFECT for creating a.restful yet exploratory week for the grownups and a fun and easy week for the kids. I highly recommend this location for folks with younger kids! I would 100% come back!!!!

Wonderful location
This was a great place to stay for access to anywhere on the northwest sidee of the island. We found our condo to be very comfortable and clean. There were very few people at the condo property, so we basically had the place to ourselves. We felt very safe and loved the easy access to the beach. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, silverware, and pans. The only thing we missed was a cookie sheet or pizza pan for the oven. We just bought some foil wrap. I'm sure it is hard to make sure all items are there with people rotating in and out of condo units. Thanks, Jose Luis and Mayra!

Fabulous First Time Visit!
This was my family's first time visiting Puerto Rico and we fully enjoyed our stay, experience and rental property! Jose Luis greeted us upon arrival and gave a brief intro to the property. The location was perfect with the pool being steps away and the ocean just a walk across the grounds. We traveled with our kids who are 7 and 13. They had an enjoyable and fun stay as well. We spent some time chilling at the very secluded beach and pool and also took day trips to El Yuenque, Old San Juan and Luquillo Beach. We even did snorkeling lesson in Fajardo at the nature preserve. We took a lovey walk down the beach to where the river meets the ocean by Jose Luis' suggestion and it was amazing! Having the beach gear at the rental was so helpful (towels, chairs, umbrellas) and everything was clean and tidy. A bonus was the super comfy beds and blankets! We made amazing memories while having a comfy "home away from home". We hope to return as there is still so much to explore!

Paradise
Thank you Jose and Mayra! We had an absolutely wonderful time at your condo. It was immaculate, your condo and the grounds. For the entire week it was as if we had the whole property to ourselves,my son especially loved having that pretty pool all to himself, and the weekend it became more lively with more families there to enjoy- the beach was gorgeous, with nice water for swimming, plenty of space to spread out and relax, and long long stretches for walks….the location of condo was also the perfect spot for exploring and adventuring around the East side of PR…. We went to Vieques, Carabali adventure park, Old San Juan, and El Yunque, all within very short drives, also plenty of great spots to eat locally-and though we do not speak fluent Spanish, there was no issue communicating or getting around! Everyone we encountered was very pleasant and happy to help! Hope to come back again to your exact spot- miss those warm breezes and that water already! Thank you!
