This beautiful ocean front/city view two bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the popular Isla Verde tourist section, where you will find the most spectacular beach in San Juan. It is located on the 6th floor of Marbella del Oeste and has a spectacular city view from the balcony. The bedrooms have a king size and a queen size bed. It has a Living/dining room area and a fully equipped kitchen with ice maker , and washer and dryer for simple washing. For big load washing, there are coin operated machines located in the lower lobby.

Perfect stay
We had a great stay! The apartment is right on the beach and on the busy strip of Isla Verde. Bedrooms are on the street side so it can be noisy at night but it did not keep us up. We had a baby who was also able to sleep through any noise on the street. The apartment was very clean and the host is very quick to respond with any questions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for friends and family.

Spring Break Vacaion
Had a wonderful time in Isla Verde. The condo is a perfect location to enjoy all that Puerto Rico has to offer. If you are a light sleeper recommend ear plugs, it can be a bit noisy at night

Great time in San Juan
Property was very clean and nice. The only downside is that it faces the street, so noise level is high at all hours of the night. Bring ear plugs, and it will be no problem.

We are a family of three. Our host was generous with his time and very prompt in getting back. The security staff is very helpful. The condo is located on the beach and in a very desirable neighborhood. We shall return.

The place is as advertised and in a great location. You can walk to restaurants, CVS, Walgreens, etc. We had a bit of an issue during check-in but Genova was on point and handled things professionally. I definitely will stay here again.

A great location right in the middle of lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Quick and easy access to the beach which directly in the rear of building lobby. The host is very responsive and stocked the place with everything we could possibly need to make our stay easier.

The host was always available and took care of any issues we had. The condo is on the beach and centrally located - with short uber trips to stores, Old San Juan, and restaurants. 24 hour security and the condo has electronic locks and gates for security.

Condo in Isla Verder
The apartment was very clean and well tended, the owner easy to communicate with and responsive, the building neighbors and staff friendly and welcoming. It was a bit noisy, even throughout the night, but it was manageable. I wish I had clarified that "beachfront condo" referred not just to the building, but to the apartment as well, but I do not fault the owner for that. All in all, a very nice, very clean place to stay with easy access to a lovely beach.

The apartment is as advertised ,great location,,safe ,affordable and is beach front ,the balcony has a street view that is good also,,the only thing I didn’t like was the noise from clubs and restaurants at night but if you like to party this place will be great!

Unit was clean and as described. There were plenty of utensils and paper products. We stayed 4 days and didn’t have to buy additional toilet paper, trash bags, etc. There was a beautiful pool and beach area. In February, the pool was to cold to swim in. Great location. Walgreens and restaurants across the street. Loud at night. Recommend a noise machine or ear plugs.

Beautiful condo!
The pictures do not do the property justice! Very clean and roomy. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was great to sit on the balcony and people watch. The hosts were absolutely fantastic and responded quickly to any questions. I absolutely recommend this property and hope to visit it again!

Our stay at Isla Verde
It was our first time using Vrbo, it was amazing. It was easy and problem free. The owner Gen was great. She made recommendations for good food and shopping. The condo and building was clean. The rooms were spacious and location centrally located. Easy to the airport, highway and good food!!! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to PR.

Everything we needed and more was provided. Facing the Street was very noisy all night long on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. With ear plugs we got no sleep those nights.

Everything was great except we couldn’t find the pool key pass but the doorman will let you in/out. and originally it was a-little difficult to figure out how to open the door however once figured out the apartment was great and clean. If you don’t mind the Loud music at night from the place across the street this location is the best.

Fun Stay
This was a great property for the price. The unit was as described and contained everything we needed for 4 adults to comfortably stay, blend a cool drink and enjoy the beach. It is conveniently located near restaurants and bars with a short walking distance to the grocery store or casino. Beach items including a cooler, bag and towels are provided. The view from the balcony is street side but it's fun to people watch as long as the traffic noise doesn't bother you. This beats a hotel room anytime and I would stay again!

Location location location!!
This apartment unit is located in a prime location for Carolina! We went at a time that everything closed at midnight so it was very nice to be right across the street to food and entertainment options. There’s a Walgreens walking distance as well so we have all our necessities a few steps away! Only cons for us was that the kitchen wasn’t as clean as the rest of the unit. Certain areas were a little sticky. We also disclosed that 4 adults were staying and the host also asked for all 4 names yet were only provided 2 towels. Other than that our stay was very comfortable and would definitely recommend this apartment and unit and host!

Awesome Place to Stay!
Had a GREAT stay! Our 1st time in Puerto Rico & the location was perfect! Check-In was a breeze, the place was clean and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable! Our host could not have been more helpful when contacted (couldn’t figure out the Wi-Fi or find the other towels at first) - he texted back in minutes! Also made some restaurant recommendations and other suggestions. The beach was beautiful, pool was nice. Restaurants, Walgreens, CVS & other stores right across the street. Able to get into Old San Juan in 15 minutes. The ONLY thing that was a problem was the Hookah bar across the street blasting music until after 3:00am every night. NOT our host’s fault but important to know. We bought ear plugs after the first night & that solved the issue. Would definitely recommend this place!!

VERY Clean unit. Great size bedrooms. Huge closets with large Mirrored doors.. Right on the beach. The beach is safe, clean and beautiful. AC works great. Genova supplied beach bag, beach towels, beach cart if needed. There is a small safe in the second bedroom closet for valuables. High flow shower head (hand held). Can rent beach chairs right outside the hotel on the beach for $4 from 11am till 5pm. Can rent a large umbrella for $10. They carry the lounge chairs/umbrella and set it up for you. Balcony faces the street, but good view to people watch. Stacked washer/dryer work great. Detergent supplied. TV/cable in every room. Very convenient to get an Uber out front. Safe area. Super Walgreens across the street for anything you forgot to bring. Only downside is the noise from facing the main road and loud music from the all night restaurant. But it still was a great experience. Owner is very accommodating, nice and response quickly.
