The hotel accommodation was beyond our expectation. The Front Desk Clerk, Franny was extremely courteous and professional. Our interaction with her allowed us to have a memorable experience on our first visit to Puerto Rico. She is truly an asset to The Looking Glass Hotel and its customers. This property was renovating the downstairs to include a little deli. The rooms were newly renovated and comfortable . We felt safe walking around the area. Lots of little local restaurants and bars along the main drag. We found a food truck court. 20 minutes walking distance that was just fabulous. The beach was about 30 to 40 minute walk. Well worth the walk.
