Comfortably appointed, 3 bedroom/2 bath property on a high floor, Sunset View comfortably accommodates 8.

Less than 10 minutes from airport, you can be in the ocean less than 30 minutes after landing. Walk from the lobby to the beach in 50 steps! Fresh water 25-meter full-sized pool is even closer.

This is another fine property brought to you by The Marco Polo Collection, a collection of fine vacation rental properties! You will be in excellent hands with our professional staff, with many years of experience, drawn from Puerto Rico, the U.S. and Europe.

A great number of restaurants, offering anything from local foods to pizzas to sushi and steak houses, and several major casinos are, are within 300 yards, which is easy walking distance. The largest local car rental company, which usually has the best deals on the island, is right across the street, as is a bank and Walgreens, which is open 24/7. Two supermarkets (also open 24/7) are also close by.

Although you can find everything within walking distance, there is a bus stop right out front of the building which has buses that go all the way to Old San Juan, so a car-less vacation is definitely feasible.

If you decided to rent a car, there is also Charlie Car Rentals right in front of the building, and an underground parking space will be provided for guests.

Nice property which was spacious and clean. A well equipped kitchen, and fantastic views from the balcony. A Walgreens is right across the street with an adequate grocery and wine selection. Easy to Uber anywhere local with great restaurants. Go out to Loiza for good local fare. Make sure you keep informed about daily warnings regarding swimming as the undercurrents, waves and riptides can be strong! The only downside is noise from the street below which went on until 5 AM a few nights. Shouting, loud thumping music, loud cars revving up and down the street and sirens from the police cars parked monitoring all night revelers at Pizza City which is open all night. You wouldn’t expect it to be so annoying 10 stories up, but it was.

The property location was great only a few minutes from the airport & on the beach. It was in walking distance to eateries & the casino. The staff was great. The apartment was comfortable for my family of 8 adults. The only negative thing I have to say is the last day I woke up with bites all over my legs & arms.

We loved this condo and location. It is actually nicer than the pictures as it now has central air conditioning. The view from balcony is beautiful, the front desk employees were all friendly and very helpful. The pool and beach were perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location
My family and I stayed at this property and it was a great location. The view was spectacular. Lots of places to eat in walking distance. Great for children, the beach and pool were close. The property has chairs, umbrellas, towels which was great. This place was clean, spacious, equipped with everything we needed. We were very happy with this place and would definitely book again.

Couldn't be more pleased with our stay. Our flight was cancelled so we got into the unit very late at night. The fridge has supplies already in it yo ride ya over until the morning. Wonderful surprise! We had an issue the morning of departure, and everything was handled above and beyond what I was expecting. Absolutely wonderful, will stay again

Short but sweet!!
We had a short visit to Isla Verde for a birthday celebration. If you love the beach this is a great place to stay. It is an older building but it’s actually on the beach. It is very secure. The apartment is spacious and was quite comfortable for the five adults in our party. The only opportunities for improvement are the air quality and the cable. An air purifier would have been helpful and maybe a dehumidifier. The cable randomly went out and there was no resolution. Otherwise, we had a good time and a comfortable stay in a convenient location.

Perfect Get Away Home
This property is a great location with nearby eateries and small shops. The unit was a few minutes from San Juan. The building and grounds are well kept and super safe with security guards. Now the unit itself was comfortable, clean and cozy. The unit was spacious for our group of 7 people. The balcony view was breath taking. We got in at 1 am and to wake up an have food basics in the kitchen was a special touch. The unit also had beach supplies, that we did not have to worry about getting especially if you travel with children. The management was very patient and available if I had any questions. Hopefully on my next visit this unit is available. Thank you again for such awesome hospitality.

Amazing Family Vacation
We enjoyed our stay here so much! I cannot wait to come back. The property was very clean and I really appreciated that the owners left some beach chairs, cooler, and toys for my kids to use at the beach. They also left us with a few items so we didn’t have to rush to the store. I couldn’t recommend this property more! We enjoyed being able to walk to various places and there is a binder with very helpful information and fun places to see in the area.

Wonderful Getaway
Our family had a wonderful time in Isla Verde staying at this apartment. Our flight had us arriving at around 2am and it was very easy to get into the apartment (we communicated ahead) at that time. We were relieved that the air conditioning kicked on quickly and we slept comfortably. It was so thoughtful to have eggs, milk and bread in the refrigerator and coffee (!!!) on the counter so that we could relax in the morning and enjoy some breakfast before getting out and about. A bonus was the small bottle of Don Q! The view from the balcony is gorgeous and we enjoyed listening to the waves and reading out there. The beach was amazing and it was awesome to have a cooler and chairs to enjoy. The location was great. We walked down to eat at various restaurants and to grab groceries. Walking distance to Panaderia España, too, where we gorged on mallorcas, quesitos, and more. We ubered into Old San Juan a couple of days and that was fast and easy. The only negative I would say is that it can be quite loud from the hustle and bustle of the street (cars revving and loud music), but we got used to it and slept fine. I'm not sure if I had small kids if they would have made it with the noise, though. We did have a rotating fan in two of the 3 bedrooms and that white noise was helpful. Overall, FABULOUS. We want to go back tomorrow!

Beautiful, secure property. Great pool, easy access to beach, grocery, restaurants, Old San Juan. Tania at guest services, was prompt to assist us with several concerns. Including the checking in process. Condo was exceptionally clean-with plenty of towels, toys, beach chairs and umbrella! Great for families. We had six adults and two children & were very comfortable there. This condo is not fancy – but that’s what we liked about it, as we are low-key low maintenance family! It was also well stocked with paper towels, trashbags, and toilet paper. Even, food , beer & ice was in the refrigerator-freezer for our late arrival at 12 midnight! Very thoughtful.

We had a great time here. Our original room had an issue so we were put in a different condo, it was nice. We didn’t know that we would be moving to our original room and had to deal with that mid week. That room was nice as well. The people at the property were great when we needed something they always tried to help us out. Even when we were leaving we had two options one better than the other. After talking with the girls there they helped us and made a huge difference for the better by helping us. We will totally go back again.

We enjoyed our stay at the SunSet View property. The condo was clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed for the beach as well. The manager was nice enough to leave us a few eating and drinking supplies. The down side was that the toilet in the master bedroom was not functional so our family of five had to share the one in the hallway.. Both bath tubs need serious refinishing. There was no key to the gate leading to the apartment so we question security. We did let the manager know all our concerns.

Wonderful place!
Everything for this rental went smoothly! Had one small hiccup in the checkin process, where the listing did not mention the West building, so we first check into the East location, but the security guard helped us quickly sort that out. The security and upkeep of public areas is wonderful, and I love the key system for public areas and entrances. The rooms are wonderful, but the bathrooms were not our favorite. Although the water is hot, there is not wonderful water pressure, and the water isn’t the cleanest (not the property owners fault!). Overall we loved the location of our building, and would most defintently rent again.
