Enjoy this cozy 1 bedroom/bath apartment located in one of the best locations in Condado. Suitable for up to 3 persons. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, smart TV, and A/C split unit. The full bathroom offers all the essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and more. In the living room there is a pullout sofa, an A/C, split unit, smart TV, wifi, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, stove, and refrigerator. The highlights of this unit is the balcony that has breathtaking views of the beach and lagoon. Beach- 4 min walk Luis Munoz Marin International Airport- 13 min drive Old San Juan- 8 min drive T mobile/ Puerto Rico Convention Center- 6 min drive La Placita Santurce- 7 minutes drive There is paid parking in the basement of the parking garage; one of the few places that has parking. Transportation with Uber is readily accessible and economical. FOR YOUR BEACH COMFORT WE PROVIDE BEACH TOWELS.

Perfect winter getaway
We enjoyed our time in Condado. This unit was centrally located to most of the activities we wanted to do and conveniently across the street from a shuttle pickup for some of the excursions we did while in Puerto Rico. The place was exactly as described, clean and had all the amenities we needed. I think I would have felt more safe if there was a chain lock on the door the unit. There is no oven, so for folks with food allergies (like my family) we had to cook only stove top food. The street noise overnight was pretty loud, but I’m not used to city life so maybe it just seemed very loud to me. But, overall I would definitely recommend this unit to others! Thanks for making our first trip to Puerto Rico feel like a home away from home!

Excellent location
Can't beat this flat. Perfect location in a relatively quiet part of a lively neighborhood at a price that's hard to beat (at least that's the rate we got). Central to everything in San Juan, and just across the street from the ocean. Flat is compact but has everything you could need for a vacation stay. Just keep in mind that although parking is 'available' it's actually in a public pay facility. We had a few questions for the manager, Malika got back to us right away.
