Great for a girl's trip!
The penthouse was perfect for our girl's trip. We wanted to have our own bedroom but have a place to hang out and this was perfect. Great view of the beach from terrace and we loved being able to walk to a nice beach easily. There were good restaurants nearby but taking an Uber was also easy.

We came to celebrate our 50th birthday and Yolanda greeted us and made us feel right at home. The penthouse is amazing and you can not beat the stunning views. The location is perfect, you can not find a better place!

Great Time at Isla Verde
Our trip started with a warm welcome from Yolanda. She was available for us throughout our stay and gave great suggestions for things to do. The condo itself has stunning views and an exceptional location. The unit included beach towels, chairs and a cooler that we used throughout our stay. Numerous restaurants and bars are in walking distance. Thank you for a great vacay!

Anniversary weekend
We took some friends to celebrate their 7 year wedding anniversary. We enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing. The location was within walking distance to some restaurants. Uber found or location with ease when we wanted to venture out. We'd stay here again on our next visit to Puerto Rico.

That PH was amazing! Beautiful view of the beach. Close walking distant to all the restaurants. The PH had everything you needed for your stay. Jennifer and Yolanda were excellent. Yolanda was there for any questions you had. Will definitely stay here again!

Spectacular Views from high above the beach!
We walked into the building and pressing the Penthouse button on the elevator was just the beginning of the wonderful experience we had during our weeklong stay! The rooms were nice, well appointed and the view from the 17th floor is indescribable! Ride back down the elevator and step onto the beach. Chairs, towels and toys were all ready for us in the condo so we were all set. 30 minutes from Old San Juan and 30 mins from Snorkeling on the east of the island made our condo the perfect location. Local food experiences are also all available within walking distance. Loved it!

Absolutely fabulous condo. Had everything we needed and then some. Balcony overlooking the water could not be beat. Kids loved the rooftop pool. Lots of restaurants/activities within walking distance. Yolanda could not have been more helpful! Only thing to consider - the 2 "double beds" in one room would really be considered twins. Which made it tricky with 3 couples. Would definitely stay here again.

Girlfriends' Trip 2023
We (group of 6 women - sisters/friends) had an absolutely fabulous time in Puerto Rico! The condo is located near a lot of restaurants and casinos; they're within 15-20 walking distance. We had breakfast every morning on the patio enjoying the gorgeous view! The condo was very clean and well appointed. John, Jennifer, and Yolanda are the best; good communication throughout our stay. We will be back!!!

Absolutely amazing penthouse!
We so much enjoyed our stay as we celebrated our daughter's wedding. The view and balcony were spectacular! I felt like we were in the ocean. There was plenty of room in this condo. Yolanda was very helpful as we had an electrical issue on the day of the wedding that needed to be taken care of. We plan on staying here again. Right next to the Fairmont were our friends stayed and we were able to use their facilities as well.

Big storm had us mopping up water.
We arrived to PR between two large storms. Check in was smooth and the location and accommodations were as advertised. During the second storm a leak formed in master bedroom suite and required mops and buckets daily for the remainder of our 6 night stay. Unable to rearrange our schedule, we remained in the rental for the remainder of our trip. The host acted quickly to address the situation and made appropriate considerations for the disruption in our trip.

Beautiful Oceanview Penthouse
I will be staying here every time I visit PR. This PH was the best place to spend 10 nights with family. The view is absolutely stunning! Our favorite place was the balcony when we weren't on the beach or out running around the island. When we decided to add an extra night to our trip a few months before vacation, I was having a hard time with Vrbo accepting one more day. So I reached out to John (owner) and he was incredibly patient and helpful. He took care of the issue and set everything up for me. There is someone available at the condo anytime you need anything, or if something goes wrong. The Penthouse was stocked with all of our essential needs. It has a pool on the roof. There's a car rental just a couple of blocks down the road. Lots of local shops and food, although, I would highly recommend Pinones and eating at the restaurants and food trucks there for the REAL, authentic Puerto Rican food with all the flavor you won't find anywhere else. We can't wait to go back!

Girls Trip
We had an amazing time , this property was all it said it would be!! Yolanda our host was amazing and very attentive for any of our needs. It did rain quite a bit especially our last day there and there were sone water issues in the Master bathroom/bedroom so possibly working in that would help And there was usually water in the balcony most mornings but wasn’t an issue as there is a drain and we just mopped up The biggest issue was outlets, we had 5 girls and there were no outlets in the downstairs bathroom or the upstairs bathroom so it created a “traffic” jam in the bedrooms to blow dry our hair, having 5 women get ready to go out on the town, you definitely need outlets in the bathroom. The other thing is the area is a bit rundown, we never felt unsafe but if we came back we would probably stay in a different area Overall the place was fabulous and had all the kitchen gadgets you need, loved having the 2 levels so if someone needed sone quiet time there were plenty of options and space!! Very reasonably priced for the property too!!!

The Best Ever!!!!
This was the absolute Best in every way!!! Our Host Yolanda was absolutely wonderful!! She greeted us right as our taxi pulled in. Our plane had been delayed and we didn't arrive until almost midnight!! She helped us with our luggage, and carried bags of groceries to the elevator. We headed to the penthouse!! Yolanda gave us the tour of the entire place!! She even had a basket of snacks for us, bottled water, coffee, creamer,sugar along with napkins, spices, paper towels and everything we needed to start our vacation!! The decor was absolutely beautiful in every room. The balcony overlooking the carribean sea, and all of Isla Verde beach was absolutely incredible!! Dining Alfresco was the best!! Yolanda gave us recommendations on where to eat if we decided to dine out. She came to visit us on the beach, and we loved spending time with her. We made a new wonderful friend and we plan on keeping in touch. She truly made us feel like family and the penthouse was the best home away from home for our fantastic stay!! The rooftop pool was another highlight with the most incredible views!! On our first morning we saw two sea turtles and three rays!! Yolanda told us to keep a watch out for Manatees!! As the water temperature rises they come in close to shore, and seem to love being close to people. We're keeping an eye out for them, but the sea turtles and rays were such a wonderful surprise!! Thank you Yolanda for being such an amazing host!! Now a friend for life!!! 💖💯

Incredible property in Isla Verde
This is a breathtaking property right on the water in Isla Verde. The place is clean, modern and fully equipped. The views are incredible in every direction, and the beach and pool are top notch. The checking and and checking out process was a breeze, and the property manager is super responsive. Would recommend and hope to stay here again.

Simply Beautiful!
We don’t want to leave. In short, beautiful views (from condo and rooftop, where no one goes. Almost your own private pool). The beach a hop and skip from the gate and the sand-water was amazing. Few maintenance items (ie, shower in master has water that runs out of the immediate area and soaks the rug if not careful, jacuzzi options in bath did not work - bummer). Would still highly recommend

My friends and I stayed at this beautiful property for 4 days. I wanted to stay in and soak up the wonderful sunset views and easy beach access but we had activities planned for most of the days. It's easily accessible to highway etc. Yolanda was very helpful and accommodating. Just book. You won't regret it.
