The location near the airport made it easy to get to and easy to get out from. The house was very clean and exactly as described. Worked perfect as a midway location for all we wanted to do during our stay.

This place was small but just right for 2 people. It was a gated community with strict entry so it was very safe. The hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with. We would definitely revisit this location in the future.

Great home base for Puerto Rico
Comfortable stay, with a beautiful patio. Very basic kitchen, as described. The location is walking distance to a beautiful beach, but you do need a car to get around if you are there for more than a couple days. Karl and Maria are wonderful hosts, gave some great info about places to visit.

Lovely, quiet, secure studio with courtyard.
Good central location to have day trips to experience all corners of PR, outside metro area. Karl and Maria are pleasant, knowledgeable and great hosts. Nice beach within walking distance.

Karl and Maria’s place was everything I was looking for. The kitchen was well stocked, it was an acceptable distance to the beach, grocery, restaurants and a park. There were hardly any problems and when there was Karl was quick to fix them.

Perfect Landing spot to enjoy the whole island.
We toured the whole island in separate directions and able to return each night, with one exception,. we stayed one night in southwest sector, but kept this just incase!!

Perfect, cozy spot for a long stay.
Maria and Karl have a nice studio apartment with a small private patio that opens up to their larger backyard patio--a nice place to read. The secure location has its own parking space, and is a great base to explore the rest of the island--10 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to Viejo San Juan. A short walk to Panadería España and then just across the pedestrian bridge to the Isla Verde beach.

Wonderful experience!
We stayed at this location for 10 days and everything was amazing! Maria personally greeted us upon arrival even though our flight was delayed and we arrived way later than expected. The studio was smaller than we thought, but ended up being perfect for my husband and I. Maria and Karl were very welcoming and very knowledgeable about things to do in the area. Walking distance to the beach and several restaurants as well! My husband and I enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again! Simply amazing!!

That’s what I needed, with a stove to cook on. That’s what I got. Friendly and easy communication, especially as a first timer. One-ply toilet paper and the mattress felt well loved. I highly recommend a travel bidet. Host provided chairs, umbrellas, and coolers which made beach trips much more comfortable. Locked neighborhood and the guest space is behind several gates. Roughly 2 flights of stairs, both up and down, separates walkers from most things like the beach, grocery stores, and most restaurants.

The pictures on VRBO don't do this place justice. Very secure. Karl and Maria were very nice. Walking distance to several resturuants and bars. Very quiet. Ice cold air conditioning. Outstanding value for the money. Would stay here again in a heart beat. The bed was comfortable, I slept like a baby. The television has a lot of optional programing (english). Great parking. Beautifull landscaping. The place was very clean, bedding, shower, bathroom etc. It is small and cozy.
