Villa Prima is a luxurious 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths at Las Brisas, an exclusive cluster with its private pool, playground, parking and security. Our guests have access to Wyndham’s 5 Restaurants, Bars, Casino and Mandara Spa. Also, 2 championship golf courses: the Ocean and River and 13 tennis courts at it corresponding fee.

The Villa is fully furnished and equipped by a team of seasoned travelers. It has a living room with 60” Google LCD TV, well equipped and stocked kitchen, balcony terrace, laundry room, WiFi, cable TV, fully A/C, 40" Smart TV in every room and more...

A Perfect Week
Beautiful property with beautiful views. You can walk to the gorgeous beach. There are several steps to get into the condo so be aware. Everything was comfortable and the owner was superb to work with. Would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful villa
The villa is very clean and comfortable. We rented a golf cart and it was very easy access to the beach and pool area. There are great places to eat around Rio mar. I will highly recommend staying there in this place again.

It is a great facility, with views of golf course and beach. Bit of a walk to the beach, but not bad. Close to a lot of fun things to do. Terrific family retreat. Host was great, met us, and explained the area and location.

Great location close to San Juan and lots of beaches. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms made it comfortable for our group of 6. The kitchen was a little tight for cooking and could use some attention. Otherwise a great place.

Very clean and beautiful
Patricia and Cima were great communicating with, and Cima was so knowledgeable with giving us places to eat and where to go for activities. The place was absolutely gorgeous and very clean! Location was great too being able have a good view on the hill. Will definitely rent with them again!

Great house for family
We stayed here with our family and our cousins family. Everyone had a great time, the pool was great and close access to the beach. This house had the best water pressure in the showers of any place we have ever stayed in. Kids loved the space to wind down after swimming and being in the sun all day. We had 11 people and we were all comfortable in the house.

Villa Prima Stay
The property was very comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for our family with three adult children. The location was convenient for our excursions to El Yunque, Vieques, Hacienda Muñoz Coffee Plantation, Seven Seas Beach and Playa Escondida. The resort's beach was pleasant. Patricia and Cima were very responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Visit to Rio Grande
We had a great few days away in Puerto Rico. Patricia and Cima were promptly there when we arrived. They provided us with a range of restaurants and and places to visit. I can't say enough about their hospitality and generosity. We had a great time with our family at the Wyndham Rio Mar.

Piece of paradise
Our group of 7 women on a girls’ trip loved every minute of our stay in the villa, it was spotless and so well equipped! We loved having a cooler provided to take to the beach, the kitchen was great to cook in (we brought in a private chef one night!) and the beds were comfy. We plan to return!

Our stay was wonderful and beyond a blessing to our family to have such a beautiful, clean, safe place for vacation. This place was perfect for our stay. There was plenty of space for our group of 6 with each couple having their own bath. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Vanessa was so welcoming and even came to the airport to pick us up when there was a mix up with our rental car. The location was great but a rental car is a must if you plan to go off site.

Fabulous property, wonderful trip!
Cima was so welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. He was easily contacted if we had questions. The condo was very clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and easily accessible. We played at the beach and the pool everyday. It was so nice to be close enough to walk. We also hit the beaches in Luquillo and Fajardo for snorkeling. This was our best PR trip yet. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!
Cima met us at the property and gave us a very thorough review of the villa, property and activities. Everything was as described -- very beautiful updated property, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed from dishes to towels, to coolers. Very close to a pretty beach and nice pools. We would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again. There was lots to do in the area from activities to restaurants and located in a very convenient area close to El Yunque, Luquillo and Old San Juan. Thank you Cima!
