Remodel completed in 2022, this 1-floor 4,000 sq ft villa with 4 bedrooms, and 3 full baths and 2 half baths has spacious common area, private swimming pool and ample privacy. It is fully stocked for short term rentals and equipped w/ backup power generator. Centrally located in Dorado with easy access to restaurants, beaches, Blue Dolphin Casino, bowling alley, retail stores and the Embassy Suites Hotel, it is in a secure, gated community with access to a communal pool, tennis/fitness gym, and 10 minutes driving distance to the beach.
