We have one bedroom with a queen bed, a mezzanine with two twin beds and one bathroom. Also, a private pool and an outdoor shower.
We have a workable space in case you need it. Great place to work and have fun!

Cute charming walk-up located 12 STEPS from the sand of the most beautiful urban beach in Puerto Rico. Master with a queen size bed and the second bedroom is a mezzanie with two twin beds. One bathroom and also, we have a shower outside and a Private heated Pool, brand new. Located between Condado and Ocean Park, San Juan, a lively (and the safest) neighborhood. Walking distance to a variety of local and trendy restaurants and 10 minutes cab ride from the airport and to Old San Juan.
Enjoy the peaceful breeze and sun in the mornings and then have fun exploring restaurants, pubs, disco, etc. in Condado (drinks), Old San Juan (Salsa), Isla Verde (disco), PiƱones (Bomba y Plena) in the evenings. Or just do a picnic at night on the beach. We have 24 hour security!

A fantastic experience

My sisters and I stayed for a week on a "retirement" trip and we had a fabulous stay! The property was in a great location, it was supplied with essentials, but most important was that all my communication was answered immediately and Ana was so helpful in answering any questions we had. I would totally recommend this property!

Great bungalo
This rental totally met our needs. Plenty of space for my two adult kids and me. Great kitchen for in-house meals. Very walkable to beach, restuarants, bars, etc. Lots of extras, like beach chairs, coolers, blender, pitchers, beach towels, and more!

We had a wonderful time! The location is fabulous as are the owners/property managers. Wonderful communication. Pool/tub at night is fabulous! We walked to several wonderful restaurants, enjoyed the beach and enjoyed days of exploration. We did rent a car and there was a spot provided to us. Very thankful for that as parking would have been a nightmare otherwise. Would definitely recommend!

Everything You Could Want
Beautiful space, convenient location, great advice on other places to explore. Beds were comfortable. The beach was incredibleā€”especially near sunset, all the locals come out to walk their dogs and socialize in the ocean. Just a special place!

Excellen stay!
Loved our stay! We travel a lot and always use VRBO. The communication here was impeccable!! We are very low maintenance, but they were always there to answer our questions on where to go. Great place
It was a nice little spot for my family of 5. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Itā€™s very tiny and more like a large hot tub but perfect for young kids. The staff were wonderful and we never had any issues with communication. My only suggestion would be to get some more comfortable furniture. The couch has seen better days. Overall, itā€™s a great place with great hosts. Thanks!

Cozy beach townhome
We really enjoyed our stay at Isabelā€™s Arena townhome. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach. The townhome is very cozy and filled with light! It was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The property manager, Ana is super nice and communication was always very prompt. We hope to stay again soon!!!

Really liked this place and the location. Communication with owner/manager was good. Only issue was with the pool which is listed as a hot tub and the pump was not working therefore it could not be heated.

Holiday at the beach!
We have passed a good time at San Juan and at the beach. This appartment was really nice, clean and really near of the beach. Ana is a nice person and very helpful. She is a careful person who makes sure of our comfort and that we spend a beautiful vacation. She made suggestions of activities and things to see. It was a nice vacation.

Everything about our trip to Puerto Rico was absolutely perfect. This condo was perfectly located. Steps from the beach. Awesome location
My three girlfriends and I meet once a year for a week long girls trip. This apartment was affordable, clean and very cute. We loved having the beach and so many restaurants so close to us. Ana was very easy to communicate with and she responded to all questions quickly. Isabel sent us so many suggestions and ideas for things to do and see....her information was invaluable! Low water pressure - No running water for 2 days
We visit Puerto Rico a few times a year. This was our experience at Isabel's duplex. The facts: Oct. 22 - Very little water pressure upon our arrival Oct. 24 - Running water turned to drips -Toilet would not flush -Toilet tank empty Oct. 25 - Property manager (Ana) told us to manually fill up toilet tank with water from downstairs kitchen faucet -Ran up and down stairs multiple times to do this -Water pressure very low on 1st floor Oct. 26 early morning - no running water in bathroom -Requested refund for 2 nights -Was told to contact Isabel for refund October 27 night - Isabel apologized, said it's PR's system, offered a compensation October 26-28 - no running water inside entire condo--No toilet, no bathroom/kitchen sinks, no shower More facts: -We used our water bottles for hygiene -Pillows/sheets smelled/looked dirty upon arrival (probably no water to wash them) -Asked for refund for 2 nights of no water -Received $114 total from Isabel (1 night=$190) -Was told VRBO's policy is 30% a night -Called VRBO-was told this isn't true/no such thing -VRBO said owner gives what $ they want to Told by owner and property manager: This happens It's PR's system Sorry There's nothing we can do about it Public infrastructure is not our problem ***We've been to PR many times and this has never happened to us. We were waiting on Isabel to get back to us, and by the time she did, we only had 1 day left that we didn't want to waste on looking for a hotel. Think 2x!

Fantastic beach condo
This adorable well equipped condo is footsteps from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The listing is very accurate. Isabel is a wonderful extremely available hostess. We called her several times and always got a prompt, friendly and helpful response. We loved Mangos restaurant walking distance from the condo. The atmosphere is casual and the food was some of the best we had. I will recommend this rental to anyone who loves the beach.

Dream location with a pool!
Isabelā€™s rental was perfect for our girlā€™s trip to San Juan. The space has a wonderful indoor/outdoor feel with all of the comforts of home - a fully stocked kitchen, cold AC, two TVs, and very comfortable beds and linens. She has also supplied everything you need for the beach which is about 15 steps from the front door! The location is within blocks of a number of amazing restaurants and bars. Isabel and Ana were so communicative and even quickly helped us when we locked ourselves out of the gate! We will definitely be back in the future.

a super fabulous time
Just want to say that my family and I had a great time. Your home was so comfortable that it felt like we were at home. This part of Puerto Rico(Condado) was fabulous as well as the Condado Festival they had that Fathers day weekend we were there. All the restaurants and supermarkets are all walking distance. We will definitely return for another vacation. Sorry we missed you and Juan, however your friend Marta was great! Thanks for everything! ;)

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The kids were delighted the first day when we walked to the beach - "it really IS 20 steps!" they shouted! And what a beach it was! We all really enjoyed our little pool at the end of the day too! Only issue was the street noise over night... Good thing I had ear plugs! We also loved the location - close to Old San Juan, El Yunque, Fajardo... We would definitely return!!
