Private Beachfront Home - Resort Like Property - Weather Guarantee

Located at the foot of the El Yunque Rainforest this beach house is in the most desirable area of Puerto Rico. The house is on the northeast side of the island, is bordered by a 1,000-acre mangrove forest preserve, and is on a secluded beach between two of the best resorts on the island, the Wyndham Reo Mar, and the Hyatt Grand Reserve Resort. It is on one of the 12 Fincas (Farms) on the Las Picuas road which were protected from commercial development and boasts a quiet and secluded beachfront. The beach is calm and beautiful, ideal for paddle boards, kyacks, fishing, kite sailing, and more. Shaded by palms, it is a great place to hang out and picnic.

The house was originally built by a pool designer and has spectacular, resort-like outdoor areas. Tropical gardens and palm trees surround the private pool, huge in-ground hot tub/jacuzzi, bathhouse, tiki bar with pizza oven, outdoor kitchen, and BBQ area.

The house has 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths plus an additional bath in the pool house. It has two levels with kitchens and baths and laundries on both levels. A huge patio encourages the enjoyment of the tropical scenery. It is air-conditioned and has the latest technology including satellite TV, high-speed internet with wifi and ethernet connections, and USB outlets. In addition to the bedrooms, there are two sleeper sofas.

It is minutes from Puerto Rico's best attractions, including paddleboard lessons, golf, zip-lining, horseback, hiking, bio bay tours, ATVs, and more. Enjoy fine dining at four very close-by resorts or experience the adventure of the Kioscos a row of 30-40 local restaurants 3 miles away by Luquillo beach.

It is a short 35-minute drive to San Juan airport or to visit the history, culture, and culinary resources of the city.

Amazing!!!
Pictures do not do this property any justice! The house is incredible but the amenities are the cherry on top, we had so much fun paddle boarding and splashing in the pool. We even grilled out one evening. This property is all you need you wont even need to leave. The property Manager manny was super helpful and kind. We will definitely be back

The yellow house resort
Very private, solid house. Spent much time in the Backyard amenities. We lost power and it was great that the house had a backup generator to keep the house cool.

Amazing outside resort like property
Great family resort like property close to rainforest and many other attractions. Kids loved exploring the property and the beach. The pool and hot tub kept them entertained for hours. One of our best family vacations.

Private Oasis in paradise!
We loved the house and the grounds! The property looks and feels like you are in your own private resort. The pool and hot tib are really nice, we spent several hours in them every day. The access to the ocean is very convenient. Manny is awesome and very responsive! We would definitely stay here again!

This was the best Vacation home
From the moment we arrived Manny the homes manager made sure our stay was perfect. The pool and hot tub were wonderfully and the beach is only steps away from the back yard. The house was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. So much to do right at the house snorkeling was great and there are two paddle boards Best vacation ever.

The beach was beautiful and convenient. The pool and hot tub felt resort style. Overall we had a great stay. The property was stocked with basic necessities. I wish we would have known that it was two apartments not connected. It may be a problem for families with young children.

Tropical Oasis
We enjoyed every minute of our stay. In fact, we didn’t want to leave. There’s a pool, outdoor bbq area, jacuzzi, outdoor bar and a short path to the beach. Everything you could want! Manny was excellent and very responsive. He met us with the keys and showed us around. I thought this was wonderful. Sometimes you don’t hear a peep from the property managers/owners. Five stars. Hands down the best property I’ve been to and will be back again!

Beautiful house and property with a lovely beach.
This house and property, right on the beach, was exactly what our family was looking for. While all the beaches are public, we barely saw anybody so it seem like our own private beach. The house was great, and had everything we needed and Manny , the property manager was awesome! We loved our stay here, and would highly recommend it if you’re looking to visit Puerto Rico!

We loved every minute while in PR. The house is great and the grounds are absolutely amazing, nobody wanted to go outside the property. The kayaks and boards kept our children occupied for hours. We will be back!

This property is amazing. The pool and hot tub area is wonderful. The grounds and property is fun to explore and see all the lizards and plants. Manny is hands down the best. He will check in with you throughout the trip and be available with anything you need. The house is close to the rainforest and San Juan.

Perfect getaway!
What an amazing home in an amazing location!! We could have spent our entire 9 days, never leaving the private pools and the gorgeous beach right at the home. The property manager, Manny was very accommodating and helpful. Great location not far from amenities, El Yunque, and other beautiful sites. We hope to have the opportunity to return again.

Beautiful private Oasis.
The property was Beautiful and very clean. The property manager was available at all times. We enjoyed the pool, grill, firepit, hot tub, beach and kayaks that were available for us to use. We were 15 mins away from El Yunque and 10 mins from Luquillo beach. Enjoy my stay there. I would highly recommend this property!

So happy we found this place!
What an extraordinarily wonderful place. The outside of the property was a genuine paradise! The beach was great, and was so calm for our 6 month old grandchild. Everyone seems to give Manny a shout out, but that’s because he is what everyone says! Manny came and helped and answered all texts immediately. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous accommodations!
This property is great, they’ve thought of everything! Manny was always available and so helpful. The outdoor amenities were fabulous, it was like being on our own personal resort. The hot tub was great after days hiking and exploring. Indoors was spacious and had everything. We were so close to restaurants and beautiful hiking locations. El Yunque is so close and was amazing. I highly recommend this property.

**5 Star Mini-Resort @ Picuas**
The Yellow House is a 5 star gem in las Picuas, Rio Grande. Our family gathered for new year's and left with many pictures, memories and wishing to come back. The house is very comfortable and fully equipped. The backyard is amazing with beautiful landscapes, gazebo, pool, hot tub, outdoor bath and showers. We enjoyed every minute of our last days of 2019 and first of 2020.

Perfect spot for our family vacation!
Our 2 week stay at The Yellow House was fantastic! It was like having our own private resort. Everything you could possibly need was at our fingertips and Manny the property manager was a delight to work with. He was available for anything that we needed at all times. The property is gated, so we felt very comfortable staying here. Everything from the pool, Jacuzzi, the beach and sitting areas was perfect for our family. We had such an amazing, relaxing time. We hiked the rain forest and spent an afternoon in Old San Juan. We truly loved this property and would return again!

Perfect Getaway!
I recently stayed here with four friends, and I’m so glad we chose this place. The other reviews are true—anything you could possibly want is here. We spent most of our time either at the beach or in the hot tub and pool. Taking an early morning walk on the beach, I was treated to an octopus sighting—super cool to see! The property manager Manny is the best. Check in and check out was a breeze, and he fixed the hot tub super fast. He also gave us some excellent grocery/dinner recommendations. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Hidden Gem - Plenty to do
This place was amazing. We had a hard time leaving. The pictures don't do it justice. The rooms were very comfortable, with no issues at all. With a pool and hot tub and ocean beach access. The kids were excited about all of it and they used it all day, every day. They enjoyed the kayak and paddle boards as well as the snorklibg gear. We even found conch shells and saw lots of different fish, all right there from the rental. Water pressure was good and quick heated water was a plus. We felt secluded from the main tourist scene, but still really close to everything. El Yunque was literally straight out from the main access road. It really was a great place to stay. Manny, the property manager, handled everything and was very helpful to us. Always available when we needed help with something we forgot about how to do at the house. Already planning the next trip out in the future. This place is one of the first well look for when we return.

Beautiful home, fabulous property and location. Manny the caretaker was great and helpful. Would have given 5stars but kitchen(s) were in total chaos, dirty wet dishes in cupboards, no organization at all, spent a lot of time organizing and separating the kitchen items and searching for needed pans etc in both kitchens. Only one bowl between two units. Not enough beach towels for our family.
