Beautiful beach location
We definitely had everything we needed at this beach location! We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed that there were several great restaurants in the neighborhood and a large grocery store (Amigos) just 2 blocks away. The beach was the nicest swimming beach we found on the East side of the Island. Great place to stay.

Amazing Stay
Convenient location, clean space, beautiful view..can hear and see the ocean . The walk to the beach is short. It’s not too far from Fajardo, and maybe 40 mins to San Juan. Thank you for an amazing space and will stay here again.

Nice apartment. My family and I enjoyed the amenities. Kids enjoyed the pool and the beach is good for snorkeling. The building was a bit older but the apartment was up to date. The bed was cozy and air was cold so I slept very well. I’d recommend it for anyone staying in the area.

We loved our stay
We were very pleased with the condo. It has an excellent view of the ocean and has been kept up very nicely. It's located between San Juan and Fajardo where we did a few things. The rest of the time we were in Luquillo where the condo is located. The condo has a nice beach that you can walk a long ways on. There are a few areas in and on the building that can use some upkeep, such as the fence around the tennis court, and some things on the building. Otherwise, it's great!

Expedia gave us the wrong address for the property causing us to spend over $300.00 for a hotel on the first night. I will be filing a formal complaint. Once we got in touch with the owner things greatly improved.

Relaxing vacation
We enjoyed our stay here, the view was awesome from the balcony, overlooking the pool and basketball courts, where we had fun together. The ocean view could be enjoyed from the living room and or balcony taking in the beauty of nature. And the sound of the ocean made for a restful night sleep or a nap with the windows opened. The beds were comfortable (2)living room sofa/trundle, and king in the main bedroom. We 4 fit quite comfortably. The kitchen was small, cute and functional. We made breakfast, smoothies and enjoyed eating out as well. There are Kioskos about 10min away, we had really good mofongo at Relle Nao- build yr own with yucca or platanos. There's a supermarket/ gas station/bank etc right outside the gated compound. And Walmart a short drive away, if you need to stock up on items. The property building was clean, and few renovations underway (but did not disturb or disrupt our stay). We felt safe, the security personnel were very friendly, from the guard at from gate, to the building security personnel on entering. You are given a key for access to the pool and the gate to the beach from back entrance. We had a minor issue on the first day, out of the owners control, but Gia was prompt to handle with local personal, and kept in constant communication with us. Luis and Jermarie are awesome and we were delighted to meet them. Thank you Gia, we can't wait to be a back.

The property was amazing and has a ton of activities. The view is amazing! You can see the beach and surrounding area. Super family friendly. Met several people who own units in the building and they were so nice and welcoming. Felt very safe. You need a pass to get on the property and then a key to get in building and there is a 24 personnel at both. Two separate basketball courts, one full size and another four smaller kids. The pool is huge. Everything was clean and neat. Washer and dryer in the unit, decent size TV’s, two single beds in the living room. Couldn’t have asked for more. Lastly, Gia was amazing. I messaged her several times and she always responded within just a couple minutes. She was not just friendly, but also accommodating. I’m very appreciative to have stayed here. I am confident we will be back!

Lovely stay in Luquillo
Upon arrival there is 24 hr security in the property of the 3 building complex. The courtyard was very well maintained. There is a gate that exits to lovely public beach access. The beach was beautiful and there was good snorkeling at the reef right there. One day there was even manatees! The apartment was very clean and well maintained. It had everything we were looking for. The beds were comfy and air conditioning kept us comfortable at night. The view was also beautiful from the balcony. Our host made the check in and out process very simple and easy to do. The kiosks and luquillo beach were an easy 5 min drive from the apartment and the rainforest was about 15 min, all with plenty to do and a lot of local cuisine and atmosphere. One thing i think that is worth mentioning are guidelines for this secured property. Beach access after 7 pm you have to leave the grounds because the gate will be locked. This ensures safety of the people who live in the buildings and visitors, so I don’t think it’s a bad thing. The complex also does not allow use of the pool after 7 pm, which is also good for safety. We were happy to follow the community rules as guests to this home. We are very grateful to our host for sharing their beautiful property that made us comfortable, safe, and gave us a great place to enjoy a lot of things Puerto Rico has to offer. Thank you!

Loved this property! Check in was easy and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Gia (the host) was quick to answer any questions and sent us a bunch of local information in regard to restaurants, activities etc. The location is fantastic. We were only 4 miles from El Yunque and Rainforest Zipline (which I highly recommend) and maybe 20 minutes to Fajardo for the bioluminescent kayak tour. The Luquillo Kioscos were close and the food at Eidelweiss was delicious (lobster mofongo!). The pool was great and easy access to the beach. The apartment itself is lovely. Loved having the washer and dryer and beach towels provided. We stayed in two other places while in Puerto Rico and Gia was the best host by far.

2nd phase of our trip
My husband and i had stayed at this location before but in a different building. The area is great, walk steps to the beach, the pool or tennis court. The condo was super clean, no hotel like smell, which is great. The bed was not comfortable for me (back issues) but my husband liked it. The condo had everything you need for the beach. The building is under renovation but it didnt impede us from our daily activities. The security guards were friendly and helpful. Shout out to Madeline. Would definitely stay a third time.
