One Bedroom Spacious Apartment

Comfortable with the charm of Old San Juan. High beamed ceilings and large windows, the apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay, whether a few nights or weeks.

Located in Fortaleza Street, easy walk to the port area if you are catching a cruise or the ferry to head to the Bacardi factory. Also close to the main parking lots if you are renting a car to explore the island. This Street is one of the main "arteries" so it's easy to drive in/out, catch a taxi or to be dropped off.

The building is steps from the best pizza place (Pirilos) and around the corner there's Manolin's, a very popular local restaurant. Likewise from so many other fantastic restaurants- iconic La Bombonera, chocolicious Casa Cortes, classic Spanish La Mallorquina and so many more, which is why San Juan is the gastronomical capital of the Caribbean!

Did you know Old San Juan has five Plazas? Come and discover them! Around Plaza de Armas, you have shops, places to eat, a Supermarket and pharmacies. You can sit and enjoy music, coffee, people watching and easily walk back to the apartment!

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a well kept and located building. Apartment is ample and tastefully decorated, you will feel right at home when you stay here. It's on the third floor, very well kept building with elevator and secure entrance. Also with laundry room. Living room has futon bed that sleeps two. It has a 32" flat screen tv and internet modem.

Windows face interior which makes the apt very quiet. Kitchen is fully equipped. Min. of three night stay (which certainly will not be enough!).

We look forward welcoming visitors and providing with information and suggestions to make thw most of their time here.

Puerto Rico has so much to offer and can be enjoyed year round.

This apartment was located in the heart of Old San Juan and was walkable to everything. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Toby and Brenda were easy to contact and they replied quickly. I’d highly recommend it.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and in a great location. The towels and bedding were nicer than in most hotels. The host was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property!

This was such a great place to stay. We were greeted by Tony who took us through the apartment and was the nicest guy. They made us feel very welcomed and the apartment was perfect. Close to everything and very well maintained.

Its a perfect location! You can walk to Plaza Colon about 3 blocks, walk to the Governor's house and fort (opposite directions) about 3-4, blocks and a super market is 1 and 1/2 blocks. Restaurants and shops are everywhere.

Such a nice condo. Staying here, we really felt the full old San Juan experience. It was very nice being walking distance from some of our favorite things to do in San Juan. Brenda was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

Spring Break 2024
The property is exactly as described and the photos are accurate. The apartment was located in a safe and convenient location in Old San Juan. There were many shops, restaurants, bars and a grocery store within a short walk. Also, there were a number of historic sites in the area, but still within walking distance. The apartment was very clean, had a comfortable bed and large walk-in shower. Everything worked out great during my short 3-day stay. I highly recommend this VRBO!

We had a great time exploring old San Juan. This apartment met our needs as a place to get away from all the activities in the city. Walking distance to everything. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some meals.

The Hosts were amazing. We had to check in and out at very odd hours and they were very accommodating. They were helpful when there was an issue out of their control. The apartment is homey and comfortable. We would love to stay there again.

I stayed there with my wife and two teenagers over the weekend.. The apartment was clean clean clean. It was nice and cozy. Well located, close to restaurants, grocery store, cafes and more importantly, the cigar lounge was right in front of us. We will make it a point to stay there again next year.

Right in the middle of it all, this adorable apartment is truly a gem. Very quite and excellent security measures. Not that you need it as this area is very safe and festive! I rent here each time I go to Old San Juan from Florida.very clean and with everything you need. Thank you for letting me stay. Just charming!
