Great location, close to beach
Great location on beach. Just 15 minutes to the rainforest, 20 minute to the bioluminescent bay, 10 minute to walmart. Across the street from a Walgreens. Comfortable beds, enough hot water for family of 5. Very clean condo. Well stocked with kitchen supllies and beach towerls and chairs

The location to the beach was amazing - place was cute, lots of room and all the amenities were there! The owner was super responsive and helpful with ideas in the area. We had a great vacation!

Great Location
We enjoyed the location and property of this stay. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The property has lots to do and the beach is great for swimming with kids. Lots of beach toys, chairs, swim vests, etc. We had a nice stay.

Cute, Clean Place!
Great vacation place to stay. It was clean, well decorated and host was quick to respond to all questions. Location was awesome as well; close to so many of Puerto Rico's attractions. We felt safe and loved having Playa Azul right outside our complex.

Great location
Property was in an ideal location. Close to San Juan, El Yunque rain forest and Fajardo harbors. The unit was well stocked with kitchen essentials and a first aid kit (I cut my foot doing the ever dangerous grocery shopping) . BTW a nice grocery store is a 2min drive away right behind a Walgreens. The grounds are vary well kept and the entire staff at the property were friendly and helpful. I had a few questions for the property manager which were answered almost immediately. Would definitely stay again.

I would definitely recommend this place. Convenient location near kiosk of Luquillo, beautiful beaches and everything in the apartment you need is provided The apartment is clean, security are very friendly and explained everything, felt very secure Large pool area and very comfortable beds w very good AC. Also located on a second floor w elevator Bulding. Will definitely stay when back in Luquillo area I

Beach Paradise
We had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect for all of our excursions. The condo is in a very safe 24 hour security property. We enjoyed the local kiosks and restaurants especially Casita del Rones, Fonda Gourmet and Boardriders. The beach was great and condo had beach toys, towels, chairs etc. Perfect size for our family of 5, as the kids are all teenagers. Marilyn was easy to get a hold of and was very accommodating. Definitely would recommend and stay here again!

Wonderful stay
Great location: 2 minute walk to pool; 5 minute walk to beautiful sandy beach with good waves; 20 minute drive to El Yunque; 5-25 minute drive to good restaurants in Luquillo or Fajardo. Condo was clean and comfortable and quiet. We used a/c in bedroom at night- didn’t need it in rest of condo with fans and breeze. Nice view from balcony. Adequately supplied kitchen. Another plus: I ordered some roses for my wife for Valentine’s Day, intending to pay for them. But our gracious hostess covered the cost instead!

Lovely Luquillo
We traveled with a 9 year old, 12 year old and 14 year old. We were so happy to find beach chairs, towels, sun screen, a cooler and even a beach bag and a wagon to make our many trips to the beach easy. The beds were firm but relatively comfortable and the bedrooms were cool for sleeping. We usually have to buy cooking oil and salt for basic cooking but were happy to find coffee, and the basics for cooking. The location was fantastic with quick access to a calm beach, a wavy beach with el Yunque and Fajardo just short drives. If we ever make it back to Puerto Rico, we would stay here again. Thanks for the great condo!

The location was Great amenities were awesome. They had everything there that you would need to enjoy any day out on the beach attention to details was amazing. Beach wagons, chairs, wagons towels, kids floats, bags, hats, cooler they thought of everything The air conditioners in the bedrooms works great. The bathrooms were stocked. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Towels blow dryer. Nice shower and water pressure was great. Hot water even after 5 people showered. The kitchen was well stocked to cook. The staff was very friendly and informative. The town was cute with Plenty of food options. Grocery store is close by as well as well as a Wallgreens. The beach was nice if you want a calmer beach it is close by. It’s close to a lot of attractions as well. Overall, we had a great time and were very comfortable on our trip! Would definitely stay again. Thanks!!!!

Everything you need
Never been to PR before, I picked this place because of the pool and the beach. Our family of 6 had a terrific time! Location is great, everything is walkable, tons to explore from the downtown of Luquillo (5min) to the kiosks beach (30 min beach walk or 2 min dtive). The condo was fine, clean, we could see our kids playing on the courts while we made dinner. Pool was great…pretty cold water, but great. Beach out front was also terrific, and so close. All the beach stuff you could ask for. guards and staff were super friendly, although just in passing, a friendly hello then on our way. I was surprised that the beach entrance was closed 7pm-7am, but it was really easy to walk out the front entrance to access the beach for my early morning run or if we took a later beach walk. Pack a swimsuit and a toothbrush, everything else you need is here!

Very nice unit
This is a very nice condo on a beautiful stretch of beach in Luquillo. The unit is very clean, well stocked with multiple building amenities. The unit has air conditioning in the bedrooms but not common areas. Access to the condo is by electronic lock and we had problems accessing entry. Marilyn was very responsive and granted remote access but we kept having problems. This was an inconvenience we dealt with on several occasions. Given we only stayed two nights it was manageable but definitely an inconvenience.

Room for improvement
The location to the beach was incredible, and having all of the beach gear available on the porch was very much appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the apartment, especially the kitchen was terrible. Many of the dishes, especially the pots and pans were greasy. The oven had dried oven cleaner inside it so we could not cook our food. The refrigerator seal had black mold in it and rust all over. There was sand and hair under the couch upon our arrival. One of the glass window slats was missing, so mosquitos flew in the living room. There is a lot of potential for this to be a good rental, but there are updates that need to be made, repairs, and also an additional A/C unit should be added to the living room because only the bedrooms had A/C.
