Room was very small, but clean. Pictures are not accurate. No parking as advertised. Very limited street parking or pay for parking in garage which was pricy. Lobby and stairwell smelled of cat urine. Wifi cut out very often. Mosquitoes kept getting in the room despite doors and windows being closed. Pool was comically small. Patio chairs were dirty. Very limited hot water for shower that was luke warm. Would not stay there again.

On a positive note, the apartment was a nice size for a 1-bedroom! Close to a grocery store, restaurants and limited shopping. The staff was quick to respond to any request. Negatives would be the limited hot water, our terrace door was VERY difficult to close (a lizard was able to get in) and the $50 fee/hour for a late check out.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at The Mona Loiza Apartments. The room was very cozy and clean. The staff were always visible and helpful. It is very close to the beach and several restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.
