This Ocean Side High-rise Condominium is located in the heart of Isla Verde. Puerto Rico's #1 tourist destination. The unit features a panoramic view of the city from the balcony. Free internet/Wi-Fi access. Isla Verde beach is right behind the condo. This 1-bedroom condo is fully furnished with 1 Queen size bed and a Full-size sofa futon bed in the living room. It can sleep 4 people. It features a modern kitchen with appliances and a modern bathroom. The condo has 2 very quiet (mini split) remote air conditioners, 1 exclusive parking space for peace of mind parking and 24-hour front desk security guard. The location is outstanding, next to anything you may need. Condition of apartment is superb. Excellently kept. Next to large hotels with casinos, great restaurants, etc. Highly recommend. Anything needed for beach or shopping is in the apartment.

Loved my stay!

Great location...only a few miles to airport and close to old san juan. Only a block from beach. Feels very safe and best place to stay! Lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance but best part is the balcony.

Great location

Excellent location. It’s walking distance from the beach, restaurants and nightlife. The room was clean and came equipped with everything you need. The communication was excellent and everything went smooth. I enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful

The home is located in a very convenient spot with the beach being a one minute walk away and many stores and food places within walking distance. There were no disturbances and it felt very safe. The only down side was we were not able to have access to the pool amenity the entire stay because of tools being left inside the pool area.

We enjoyed everything. The only possible improvement that I can think about is additional kitchen utencils. Especially glass bawls for preparing salads, tea kettle (coffee maker is not convinient enough tool).

The condo unit is very clean and comfortable. Perfect location, the building has 24hr security. The building is quiet and clean.The beach is behind the condo building. The strip has everything from food to pharmacies. I was very disappointed about the beach....the waters were very rough, we weren't able to get into the water.

Great location

It's a great place for the price. Bed is comfortable. Has a couple Tommy Bahama chairs for the beach and some other items. Nicest beach on the island. Can be on beach in less than 5 minutes including elevator time. Which is also fast and smooth. Nice to be able to leave beach for a snack or bathroom break as the beach does not have facilities. Various restaurant options within 10 min walk, plus lots of fast food. Dedicated and close parking spot is great. Especially on weekends earplug can be handy for sleeping as the 1-4am party (engines, horn, siren, yelling) crowd moves on the street below.

LOVED the location. The host was on point anytime I needed information. I was able to go to the beach with everything I needed (chairs, cooler, floating noodles…except towels…but I was fine with that), provided by the host. The internet service was not as strong as I needed it (I work remotely), but I brought my hotspot just in case and I was fine. Loved the Security team felt safe and they had a wonderful disposition ( very kind & helpful). Anything & everything is in the immediate surroundings…walking distance…(restaurants, fast foods, supermarket & drug store). I am definitely going back.

Nice Place and Convenient

2nd time staying here. Just 5 minutes to beach including elevator time. Nice having a dedicated parking space. Also beach chairs and cooler are good to have. Any questions are answered quickly. The new gate touch key to get into the complex was great compared to last years normal keys. Most front desk staff were very friendly. Check in is a little awkward with a car as you have to send in one person (since street parking is usually full) to get them to open the gate for the car until you can get the opener from the room. Lots of dining close, and grocery. Corner convenience store & CVS have a bunch of items too.
