It’s a beautiful property not far from old town or the airport. We enjoyed our stay and also the convenient transportation to and from the old town and nearby beaches.

Mala experiencia. Pagué por habitación con 2 camas,me ubicaron en una habitación de 1 cama. Solicité cambio de habitación o cambio a otro hotel pero el personal poco profesional en customer service no brindó ninguna solución. Tuvimos que utilizar el sofa cama que disminuia el área para caminar y yo con una bota ortopedica con limitación para ambular. Tratamos de llamar en la noche a recepción pero el telefono del cuarto y del pasillo no tenian el cordón y no comunicaban por lo que tuve que bajar para hablar con el encargado. Cuando le comenté sobre los telefonos contestó ". pasan cosas extrañas" y no brindó ninguna solución En la mañana el teléfono del pasillo tenia el cordón pero verifiqué varias veces en la noche y no lo tenia (preocupante en una situación de seguridad). Por último el colchón de la cama estaba en malas condiciones(hundido y desnivelado) por lo que tuvieron que dormir con los pies hacia el cabezal de la cama y aun así toda la noche se pasaron resbalandose. Una noche fatal.

We arrived at 4:30pm to check in. Was told our room was not ready and had to sit in the lobby and wait. Finally at 6:40 and only after re-approaching the desk staff we were allowed into our room. Very disappointing.

The hotel was nice and it's location was great. However, booking through Expedia was a HUGE mistake. We booked a 2 bed room for the 4 people in my group. My confirmation clearly says 2 beds. However, the hotel only had single king rooms available when we arrived. There were no numbers available with Expedia to help resolve the situation. The hotel said that reservation made through Expedia are space available and there was nothing they could do. Not happy with Expedia's lack of availability.

Staff was very helpful and attentively met our needs. The property was clean, breakfast was great and common areas were clean and accessible. Housekeeping could have been better due to not cleaning rooms daily but other than that, my family and I enjoyed our stay and the ammenities!

The property is very close to Old San Juan.The front desk and staff are very courteous and kind. They have free transport to close by places. But its not worth >$450 it was showing after Christmas better off in other places away from San Juan. Ok to book less than $250 Some problems we faced The TV did not work , if you have kids this is a must right keeping them away from mobile.We were out on trips most of the times , yea the plan right so could adjust. Many of the power outlet are loose and the phone adapter wont fit snug we had to do treasure hunt to find the best spot.

Perfect hotel for taking cruise next day. Nice breakfast, comfy beds, friendly staff. Close to cruise port and not too far from airport. Bathroom a bit dated but clean and everything worked fine.

Great service. Amazing pool for the kids and great customer service. We loved that is pet friendly and the complimentary breakfast is great. We will definitely visit more often specially because of the pool area. The bartender from the pool made our stay one not to forget.
