Terrible old building. All furnishings old and worn out. No help from front desk because this is a privately owned room. No key to access beach. I would not stay here again. Go elsewhere.

The location is wonderful ~ the room is really nice ~ the bathroom remodeled ~ space was very nice! The only exception is that little critters when you leave food out or garbage out in the waste container. It’s the conditions that happen in apartment living. The whole building would need an exterminator to omit this problem.

The property is Nice but the air conditioner compressor is on the balcony and it's so noisy that you can't use the balcony., and you can hear it in the living room .The owner Chana was helpful at first but then she did't return my call we love and enjoy Puerto Rico very much
