Cozy Beach Studio beautiful View

Our cozy apartment is ideal for couples or a small family. Relax with the beautiful scenery of the beach or enjoy morning walks looking at the sunrise while smelling the breeze of the ocean.
4.5 stars studio recently renovated taking recommendations of our previous guests; that despite those observations always gave us great reviews!! More photos to come. Thanks to all of our guests that visited us and made us a Premier Host.
Isla Verde Towers has a great location with gated parking, next to Super Max Supermarket, Restaurants, Fast-Foods, Church, Hospital, Pharmacy, and mucho más.

Great spot!
First time in PR- this place was an awesome location. The only thing is it does get loud at night with traffic. The beach being in your backyard is clutch! So much better than any resort!

My children and i had a great time. There is parking for your rental if needed, the beach is your backyard, and there is plenty of places within walking distance for food and shopping. The studio was comfortable nice cold AC, netflix, domino's to play. Host was very nice and answered my questions fast if i needed anything.

Condo was as advertised and just right for 2 people. Room was clean and comfortable, but for us, the beach access was the clincher! Step through the locked gate, and you are immediately on one of the most beautiful natural beaches ever! Highly recommended!

Cozy and safe! The studio was exactly what we needed for the weekend. Great location and very clean. Having free parking was great! We had a lovely time in Isla Verde.

Perfect Stay
The location was perfect! There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The beach is beautiful! We stayed here for a quick getaway and it was amazing. The manager was very helpful, and it was so easy to stay in contact with her.

We had a great stay. Communication was awesome and owner was very accommodating. She was very attentive and helped make our stay enjoyable. Apartment was clean and location was awesome. Only suggestion would be to provide at least two beach chairs and a swivel TV mount so you can watch from bed. I would rent this location again.

Great location for a quick getaway
My wife and I really enjoyed the central location of Rosa’s flat. Literally feet to the beach for a morning walk or quick drive to some of the best spots in Puerto Rico. The flat was nice and accommodated our needs. When we had questions about check in, Rosa was terrific to work with. A definite stay here when we come back. Thank you!!

Incredible vacation
My daughter and i had the very best of times. The section of beach behind the condo is worth the trip all by itself. I usually try a new location each trip. But this would be the first time I'm planning on returning to the same place. Absolutely love it!!! Thank you Rosa for sharing your home.

I didnt give it a 5 just because property is under renovations i believe..other than that it was a great distance to the beach which is why i got this room. Room was very clean and it basicly had everything i needed for my stay. Didnt have any issues or problems at..super market was right across the street..that was great!
