The rental is close to Condado, Old San Juan, and Isla Verde Carolina. The closest places to the rental are: Miramar at few steps the Food Truck Park, Scooter and Bike rentals at the corner, Conservatorio de Musica, Walmart Super Center, Pueblo Grocery Shopping, Fine Arts Miramar (theater), Walgreens Pharmacy, Casinos, The Port of San Juan, Condado Lagoon Beach, water sports rentals, good restaurants and you need to explore the endless possibilities of entertainment that lay in Distrito T-Mobile, as example Toro Verde Urban Park, Coca-Cola Music Hall and others. You’ll love my place! My place is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Also, if you are coming from far to attend social events you can stay in our rental that is close to many amenities.

The apartment is located beside the Cosmopolitan Condo and close to the Condado Lagoon. The rental is in a 2rd floor where you can see the Condado Lagoon from the open and safety balcony. The apartment is fully furnished, spacious living and dining room, kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The apartment has a balcony and reserved parking. A/C unit are in each bedrooms. You can't get a better location.

Cute little 2 bedroom condo. Noise is a bit loud from traffic, but it was elections so traffic was more then normal. For the price it was a good fit clean, walking distance from a lot of restaurants, attractions, and a Walmart close by. I would recommend this.

Great location!
This place is in a great location walking distance to food, bars, night life, beach and more. I stayed with a group of friends and we were so close to everything we needed! Mr. Sam was a great host and always answered any questions.

In general terms, it was a very good stay. Mr. Sam is a tremendous person and finds a way to please you. This site is very close to everything. I recommend it.

Great for the price.
Comfortable, beds comfortable, AC in Bedrooms a Big Plus, good utensils etc. But this stood out more than ANYTHING, I stay in Hotels, 3,4,5 Star and they ALWAYS skimp on Toilet paper. The TP was a Prayer Answered.... Sometimes it is the Little Things, this was a BIT little thing... Would stay again!

Mr Sam reached out prior to arrival with detailed instructions on entering the property which I appreciated. Apartment was very clean and each room had an AC unit. Kitchen was supplied with all necessities. Mr Sam even gave recommendations on good restaurants in the area. There was a food truck park and local shops in the area that was walking distance. Uber was easy to catch. I would recommend and also stay again.

Good location
The location is good. Close to a small supermarket and several mini stores all walking distance. The Walmart and mega shopping mall are close also but you may need an Uber or taxi - cost about $6. This place is not in the best of neighborhoods but it’s located in an area where you can meet some locals.

Perfect Spot
The property with Mr. Sam is the perfect spot, close literally EVERYTHING!! We were 1/2 block from the food truck park, a 10 min walk to Condado Beach, 5 min from the lagoon (you could actually see the lagoon from the balcony!! Mr Sam is very helpful, kept in touch n was very eager to help with suggestions on where to go, eat, hang out, anything!! His place was clean, the area was pretty quiet, nothing to worry about at all. We felt safe at all times. I would definitely stay again

Nice apartment, pretty good location
This is a nice, spacious two-bedroom apartment in the Miramar district, outside of San Juan. I did not find the location to be as walkable as I would have liked: many of the restaurants, etc., were closed for the duration of my stay (maybe permanently?) and I ended up having to drive into Condado more often than I would have liked. It's not really feasible to walk to Condado, especially at night. Fortunately, the apartment's street has ample, free parking so if you rent a car for your stay here there should be no problem at all.

Where do I start, no glass in the windows, every sound outside sounded like it was in the room with us there were air conditioner units in the bedrooms so the rest of the house could not be cooled due to air going out the windows and the large gaps in the door. The lid for the toilet was broken, tiles were broken, the bath tub was stained, we overall felt unsafe, it was just uninhabitable. We left the first day and the host has refused to refund my money. Do not book this property!

The apartment has a great view and is really close to a lot of things. From the outside it might not look like much but it's really nice inside and has a great view. The owner is easy to reach and very helpful. The worst part was that there are 4 keys and you don't know which one opens which door. So if that's the worst thing about this place, I highly recommend it!!

Amazing views
Mr. Sam is an amazing owner/host. This property is in a great area near amazing food and close to the beach and paddle boarding. Uber to Old San Juan is around $10 each way. Mr. Sam is renovating the first floor as i type this. The quality hes adding to the first floor is incredible with high end amenities. Just know if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs here or anywhere from here to Old San Juan. All in all i will stay with Mr. Sam again. Thank you Mr. Sam.

Bad Area and Low standard accommodations
The apartment was not set up like a vacation home. Rust around tub drain, Toilet tank needed to be filled with buckets pf water. I found a half eaten sandwich in a kitchen cabinet, there was a closet with water damage and bugs in that area, several missing wall tiles.Third floor walk up no light dark hallway. I never felt safe We heard gun shots at 4AM. We were to stay 11 days and left after a few days.

False Advertising/ We never stayed at the property
I booked this property on February 3rd 2022. The property was listed under Miramar Florida.Upon booking the property it was then made clear to me that the property was located in Miramar Puerto Rico. I immediately contacted the host who gave me a private number because they did not want to speak inside of the VRBO messaging center. I explained to them that they falsely advertised the property and that I needed a full refund. They stated on the phone that they would refund me. However, They resubmitted the reservation stealing stealing $800 from my account. After calling the number that was provided to me the woman who identified herself as Mrs. Sam stated that she needed me to call her back in 15 minutes that she was with a client. That was her way of getting me off the phone because she knew they stole my money after they told me they would refund it because they falsely advertise the property under Miramar Florida instead of San Juan Puerto Rico. Do not rent from these people they are crooks and liars.
