I like that that place was quiet and neat. The place is a not too far from the airport. You get some peace and quiet after you’ve been exploring all day. Alex, the property manager, was super helpful with assisting me in finding activities to do during my visit.

Location is great! There is a restaurant/bakery (Barcelona) 8 minutes awar, a McD China Wok, It's a short walk to Jardines train station. We felt very safe and had everything we needed. Our host was a phone call away. The wifi wasn't quite readily available and there was a password miscommunication. the television stations are on a Fire box and quite limited because it's a personal account but we could watch the news on CBS and Yahoo. This is nothing fancy but it's quiet and comfortable. The A/C works great and the refrigerator and stove are in good condition.

This is not a hotel. However it was better than that. You had the comforts of home with on call service. Alex was excellent and always available. Area was very convenient to everything. Onsite parking available. It was home away from home.

Not as clean as photographed. Spider webs everywhere including kitchen, restroom, and closets. There was left over groceries from the last renter. The staff, Yamy, was very helpful. I wouldn't recommend this place though.

When you book a room there are certain things you come to expect .. Basic amenities for example you expect to have soap in the washer and a TV remote control none of these things were supplied but the icing on the cake was there was no hot water available to us ..... when you call the hotel number you can only text you complaint ! This to me was incredibly frustrating. We also booked a room with two queen size beds and we did not receive that. When we voiced I would complain we were told that is what they had available. I will not be returning to this location

Apartment located in a poverty stricken neighborhood with lots of animals. No wash cloths or hygiene products provided just 2 towels for entire stay. Room was not cleaned daily but charged 65.00 cleaning fee. Bugs everywhere, bathroom poorly cleaned, 1 king size bed oppose to 2 queens and water was not hot. In unit Ac instead of central. Will not stay again or recommend to future customers...

Clean & Cute, Close to Everything San Juan Offers
I found the apartment to be very clean and cute. It's in a very nice part of Bayamon, really accessible to good food and fun, and a quick hop to all the touristy things in San Juan. I traveled to be closer to shopping venues (since there isn't much in my hometown) and had no trouble at all getting to the best shopping outlets the San Juan area has. The manager, Yamy, was very friendly and really went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. For the price, I found this to be an amazing bargain and I will definitely be staying here again for my next shopping trip.

Voyage à Puerto Rico , dont on se souviendra. ....
Nous avons eu des problèmes pour trouver la clé de la chambre, mauvaise explication de l'emplacement du boîtier. Les poubelles n'ont pas été ramassées pendant notre séjour d'une semaine les se trouvaient juste devant notre terrasse. L'équipement n'est pas adapté au nombre de personnes prévues la vaisselle laisse à désirer. Ce type d'hébergement est bien juste pour y coucher le soir, la journée étant utilisée pour pour la visite de l'île.

"luxury retreat" seulement dans le titre
Ce n'est pas un hôtel, juste une petite maison. Assez spacieuse, bon internet et télé. Mais quartier quelconque, poubelles sur trottoir pendant 3 jours, poils de chien, équipements défaillants (ex clim). Et propriétaires absents lors de l'arrivée, sans laisser de numéro. Pas du tout un "luxury retreat" comme dans le nom pompeux! Mais en général les hébergements ont un mauvais rapport qualité-prix à Porto Rico. Celui est peut-être un peu en dessous de la moyenne
