Kitchen sink full of caulking from repairs. Little burner on a corner didn't look safe to operate. Full if white dust. In assuming from work done and nit cleaned properly. Would love to submitt photos.

This property has amazing views, building itself is well maintained and area is conducive to lots of activities line El yunque, luquillo and all ferries to the islands. Apartment itself can get a lil refreshing, more towels, only given a washcloth no hand towels. Overall a great time

I have never ever experienced bad hygiene and safety *wires hanging, *lighting issues, and in general, the property needs to be removed from the platform. However location is excellent, with security and clean in surroundings. Spectacular ocean view. Very sad that someone rent a property in the conditions the property are.

View is bangin! Location is right on the marina, so if you love watching boats, boom this is your spot. Tons of food options within 10 min driving.

Fajardo adventures
My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy, area was safe and beautiful. The room was exactly as it showed on the listing and the view was beautiful. We had easy access to the adventures we came for: El Yunque Rainforest hike, Bio Bay kayaking and Culebra Island snorkeling. Perfect place for adventures and a couples retreat.

Was nice for the price! If you get out and runaround and come home to sleep at night it's perfect. It is small but was perfect for what we needed. Needs a few updates but the view from the balcony is amazing!

Can’t beat the view
I needed a place that would allow me to do remote work easily and also be close to the activities we wanted to do while in PR. I really miss working on the balcony and enjoying the gorgeous view! The property is located close to restaurants and bars, and pretty close to the beaches and rainforest as well! We had a great trip!

The property needs some upgrades and care. We were by a mop in the middle of the hallway. Can use a paint job throughout. Some cabinet doors are unstable. No plugs in bathroom to get ready, no hooks to hang clothing. The saddest is that it has a magnificent view which can’t be enjoyed since there are two AC blowers blowing extreme heat into the balcony. We were unable to even stand in the balcony to enjoy the view. The location is fantastic, great restaurants and beaches nearby. I will not stay there again since I look forward to taking in the views with a cup of coffee.

Good location
The condo is in a good location with getting to certain activities such as beach, bio bay and Ferry. The property is very secured with guarded gate. Inside the condo could use an update but did not hinder our visit. It was clean and bed was comfortable. Beautiful view.

Nice condo with a splendid view
I was generally pleased with the rental. It’s in a gated building, in a safe location by the marina, with AC and a splendid balcony view. A few things could be repaired or improved, like the shower drain.

Excellent Option in Fajardo
The condo is an excellent option for a short stay in Fajardo. It is comfortable for two people that don't plan to cook, since the kitchen is on the small side. AC works well. The view and balcony are wonderful, and you can't beat the location, near Las Croabas fishing village, the marina, restaurants, bars, beaches and the rainforest. Check-in/out and general access is mostly automated and functional. We felt safe.

Decent but better options
I gave this place a 3 out of 5 and that feels a bit generous. The futon is comically small. TV is too and very high in relation to the futon. We didn’t use the kitchen, but not much to write home about there. On the bright side, the view is nice and in line with the photos.

Nice apartment
This was a nice apartment with a beautiful view. The check-in process was complicated with 3 hurdles to gain enterance - the gate, the building and then the apartment. Very stressful as we had problems with the building entrance as we were not aware that the fob on the key chain was the device to put over the reader at the door.
