Ugh....never again
There were so many things that went wrong. I don't have enough room here so I will try to make it short. Security personnel did not provide the security I needed. They were always on their phone and didn't check who we were. They just greeted us and were going to let us through without checking until we stopped to let them know who we were. To add, most days there was no electricity due to storm and we had 1-2 days without water. Our food went bad, we slept in the uncomfortable heat and there
were no back ups like a generator. I messaged the host to provide some reimbursement due to the inconveniences but his response was that there is no recompense for "mother nature.' I will NEVER book a VRBO in PR ever again. Id rather spend money on a hotel that has back up generators or some way of recompensating individuals for inconveniences such as "mother nature."
Don't stay here. You will not feel safe.
