3 bedrooms (2 queen bedroom sets & 1 bunk bed) / 2 baths apartment located on the 2nd floor in a gated community allowing you to relax and enjoy your vacay in a worry free zone with 24/7 security. You will enjoy a fully furnished and equipped apt with a modern kitchen including stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pans, pots, silverware, china, etc. An ample balcony looking at the marina while enjoying the breeze zipping a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Also, the apartment is fully air conditioned and has two free parking spaces. In short, only bring your clothes and ready to make long lasting memories that will make you wanting to come back. Home away from home
This place is your home away from home, everything was cleaned and nice. Full kitchen which gave us access to cook in comfort, came with everything you need for a beach day (cooler, beach chairs, beach towels). Infinity pool, gym and basketball court all in a secured property. I would definitely recommend and stay in this place again.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place! Everything was great! We really enjoyed using your beach items. It was nice to not have to rent anything! Location was great as well! Close to Seven Seas, Luquillo, and Playa Azul. Which we loved. We also enjoyed the pool area overlooking the ocean. Would love to come back and stay again!

Great place in Fajardo! Spacious, bright and cheery. The community has two nice pools and a fitness center. There is a single tennis court, however, it was always available.

Great location for exploring eastern PR
We thought this was a great location for many day trips in the east of Puerto Rico - Luquillo, El Yunque, the Ceiba Ferry to Culebra and Vieques are all 30 minutes away or less. The Penamar complex was secure and had some fun amenities for a family - a basketball half court and pools. Also, Lety the property manager was extremely responsive to questions. We had a great stay here.

We loved our time here!
We stayed for three nights with our family of 5. We loved the property and the access to many fun activities in the area like El Yunque, Culebra, and Bio tour. The property had many items for use like beach towels, a cooler and snorkel gear. We had a few problems getting the AC to work and with getting connected to WIFI but the host was quick to respond and the problems were resolved quickly. We would highly recommend this beautiful, clean, comfortable property. The beds were super comfortable and the pools were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. The kids were all comfortable in the rooms and loved to be at the pool. We had everything we needed for our stay. Love the theme of how everything was decorated and matched. This is a GEM; must stay!
We wish we could have stayed longer! This place has EVERYTHING you need, and the location is PERFECT. Safe, clean, and quiet (and the king bed was incredibly comfortable) so we slept great. The condo is close to so much beauty, fun, and wonderful food. Lety was prompt to respond, but we had NO issues whatsoever!!!! The wifi was superfast and the Roku TV was so nice after a long day of adventure (especially for teens)! The bathroom updates are beautiful and spatious. Honestly, the only thing we didn't have was enough time here. We would 100% book here again. Thank you for the best trip!

Beautiful and Great Location
We have visited Puerto Rico 7 times in the last 10 years and this place is now one of our favorites. Very close to beaches, El Yunque, and ferry to Veiques/Culebra. The place was immaculate and very well equipped - and beautiful! Beautiful complex, here were 8 in our group. We flew into Aguadilla and this place is only 20 minutes away. Also very close to many beaches and other areas of adventure. Puerto Rico is full of countless adventures. This is why we love it so much. We will for sure remember this place for our next trip. Thanks!

Overall impression of the apartment would be good, but not great. We loved the balcony, the beach furniture and the location. There were issues of no showerhead in one bath, non functioning lights and outlets and a single wine glass in kitchen that didn't support the high ratings we had seen when booking this property. The host is extremely responsive and helpful. The location is close to beaches, excursions and ferries but not great for walking. 3 pools on property. Outside property and pools were well maintained.

Condo clean, comfortable, and convenient. The property is nicely decorated in beachy theme. The condo has cooler, beach towels, chairs, and snorkeling gear.Modern baths and many tvs. Large balcony overlooking marina where you can charter boat trips. Gated community very safe nice amenities( pools and fitness room). Rental car necessary but central location good for El Yunque Rainforest hike and Bio Bay Kayaking. Short drive 10 to 15 minutes snorkeling and surf beaches. Reasonably priced for location and size of condo. 🏖🏄‍♀️😎
