"Foreigners, be careful when making a reservation here! They charged you for the local tax that you are exempted to pay. I am not a resident nor I live in Colombia, hence I don't have to pay for local taxes and they did charged me, although I had already spoken to Alberto and he did confirm the same. However Idalmis Lorena, stressed that I had to pay for local taxes and charged me for the same. I have sent several emails on this matter to her and she does not want to refund the taxes, saying that I have to go back to the hotel, collect the invoice and claim for the taxes at the airport. I do not live there, but in the USA, but she still refuses to issue the refund. Please be very careful, this has ONLY happened at this hotel."

"The property was excellent, the only thing I would change is the check in process. It was a group of about 16 people and it took us about 90 minutes to finish checking in with reservations already made."
