I made it very clear we wouldn't be attending, my granpda made the reservation and he's not great with technology, so he didn't know how to cancel with Expedia. "its a good hotel in el centro of Pasto. The people that attend us was excellent."

"We stayed here in early 2023 and enjoyed the hotel. So it made sense to stay once again in February 2024. However we were disappointed. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. There was a used bar of soap on the floor of the shower and its wrapper on the floor of the bathroom from previous guests. Finally, the shower drain was clogged which meant we needed to stop showering to keep the water from overflowing the shower basin."
