El Hotel es chico pero está muy bien y la habitación limpia y bonita, el servicio es excelente la atención excelente, súper atentos y amables desde la recepción, los policías, los del transporte todos. Lo único por lo que no les doy excelente son las almohadas están muy feas (si limpias) pero ya muy deformadas lo que las hace incómodas. La cama el baño todo limpio y ordenado. El desayuno muy completo, variado y rico. Gracias

Las instalaciones como en todos los citys xpress, son de excelente calidad, muy limpias, sin embargo en esta ocasión me sorprendió no encontrar shampoo en el baño, y un papel de para baño incompleto, no había control remoto para clima, lo que molesta si ya descansa uno el pararse para controlar el aire a cada rato. De ahí en fuera todo como siempre, excelente..

Llegamos a registrarnos y como eran 2 habitaciones y en una me quede solo yo pedi que me cambiaran a una con solo una cama y me contestaron que no podían porque la reservacion la habiamos realizado por expedia y que cuando se hacian por esta aplicación no habia posibilidad de realizar ningún cambio, una muy mala actitud en vez de ver el dejeme ver como, solo recibimos negativas. Espero que si es cierto lo que me comentaron les informo que la aplicacion de expedia no me dio la opción la seleccionar un tipo de habitación diferente, ojala lo puedan mejorar en su aplicación. Gracias
