This comfortable four bedroom house is ideally suited for a family or small group. It is centrally located to popular restaurants, trendy mall and exciting attractions. Only 20 minutes from Alajuela, 25 minutes from SJO Airport and 20 minutes to the Poas Volcano.
Beautiful house located in the mountains of El cerro de Sabanilla de Alajuela. It is very private and safe with an electric 10 ft gate for access.. The property has 1299 m2 of land, with a house of approximately 320m2 creating large green areas with beautiful gardens that surround the house from where ever you look. The house has 4 bedrooms with large closets and huge balconies, 2 bathrooms. A dining room, a kitchen and a terrace / bar area ideal for the entertaining of your visits. The house also has a 2nd floor living room that can be used as an office or as an additional room if needed, with beautiful views of the Alajuela, Poas volcano and central valley. Definitely a beautiful property within the countryside and the mountains designed to meet all your needs.
