The location is perfect: surrounded are all plant-fruit trees nurseries, shopping areas, and restaurants at close range, medical facilities close by, easy access to hwy 1, 3, and 27, the international airport is a 20-minute drive, Atenas at 15 minutes. The double-lot property measures in total 1573 m2 (0.4 acres), is beautifully landscaped, and totally fenced in with 4 security cameras. We have smartly made full use of the land and created a truly relaxing family retreat. This 3800 sq.ft (350 m2) home has a beautiful flow with many attractive details. There is a spacious living/dining room that connects to the kitchen and also directly to the outside living areas and gardens. The large master bedroom has its own 4Pc ensuite and large walk in closet. The Second Bedroom also has a walk-in closet and shares a full 3Pc bathroom with Bedroom three , both Bedroom 2 and 3 have Beautiful view of lush backyard and pool. The backyard is designed to be a fun and entertaining retreat with several sunny and shaded areas. Great family getaway!
Our family had a wonderful time at this property. The house was a great size for our family (including our 3 teenage kids). The backyard and pool felt like a mini resort. I enjoyed that there were multiple large tables and furniture where everyone could sit comfortably. We felt very safe and relaxed throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this property.

Family Retreat
Beautiful property amazing landscape, the pictures that you see online is just what you get when you stay here. The home has a resort appeal if you are just wanting to relax and enjoy the beautiful pool and the outdoor kitchen with a view of the hills and mountains around you. Nice to take morning walks in the neighborhood after a good yoga stretch and warm up.

This was way better than we expected. The pictures barely do the propert justice. Super great house with immaculate yard and pool, extra seating outside and outdoor kitchen facility. Only with I could have stayed longer! The owner was very helpful and responsive. Highest recommendation from myself and my friends who came with ne.

We really enjoyed this home. Plenty of indoor space for a family of 7 with lots of bathrooms. The most outstanding part is an amazing backyard area with a gorgeous pool. Very safe and secure as well. 15-20 minutes from San Jose airport.

Great place to stay near San Jose
We needed a place to stay near the San Jose airport at the end of our trip and this property was excellent. It was easy to find, well maintained and has a beautiful back yard. We enjoyed the pool and also the quick walk to the bar at the corner, which was one of the less expensive dinners we had in Costa Rica, but was really good. Our family of 7 was accommodated well and we enjoyed our stay. Jefferey was great with communication and keeping us informed. This is a great option for a place near San Jose.

The reviews I had read before booking this property were ALL true! This property is amazing! The pool is very beautiful and very clean. The owner of the property always communicated with us. The little fruit stand close by, on the main road, has fresh and great fruit selections. People are very friendly and kind.
