Huge resort, clean rooms, great service. Location is in hotel zone between towns, so expect $ cab rides for most offsite activities (shopping, scuba, whale tours, etc). Activities onsite limited, so bring a book. Food okay, standard all-inclusive buffets, limited choices, no Michelin stars here. Upgraded "Royal Service" nice. Overall, out of 1 - 10, give 8.

This was our second time visiting Cabo but our first at Paradisus. The location of the resort, away from the craziness of Medano beach and the downtown area, was a huge plus for us. This resort resides on a beautiful and exquisitely clean beach so walks were very enjoyable. My husband and I were celebrating our ten year wedding anniversary and we stayed at the Royal Service section of the resort. We cannot say one thing we would have changed. Food was excellent, service was prompt, and our Butler was phenomenal. Every staff member we encountered seemed happy to be there and enjoying their place of employment.

The food and service was exceptional. I’ve been to many resorts in Mexico and by far the food, drinks and service was the best. Unfortunately, the pool service at the Royal Service adult only pool was worse than the main pool. I thought it would be better that’s why I paid extra, but not so.

Beautiful experience. I feel our butler could have been a little more present. Wish the butler would have checked in with us to make reservations for dinners. We could not get into mole Monday evening until 2100. Planning is key. Property is very clean. Most staff has high end customer service.

Beautiful property! Service was excellent and facilities were kept clean. The overall design of this resort is amazing. Only suggestion is to improve the nightlife a bit - resort dies down at 10pm with little to nothing left to do. It has SO much potential! The swimmable area at the beach is great, but please wear shoes as the sand is extremely rocky and painful if barefoot.

We had a wonderful stay, we had a swim up facing the golf course, it was very quiet and relaxing. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff is super nice and very helpful. The food was excellent with a variety of restaurants and styles. We would go back without hesitation.

fresh modern close to the beach.
First time staying in cabo, good location on the beach newly renovation with a crisp modern feel. We stayed in the royal service our butler Octavio was very helpful and accommodating , nice adults only pool with friendly staff throughout the hotel . Only down side was the mattresses were terrible woke up every night with terrible back pain! Entertainment was on every night although lack of information on times and schedule for things going on in the hotel. Overall had a great 6 night stay.

Nice but double check they fix a few things
Fabulous place to stay......wonderful accommodations, service was a 10 with a few exceptions. We checked in for our anniversary and they upgraded our room for $75 per night. However I had a fare alert stating my room was lowered by $100 per night and they did not honor the lower rate. It took them 6-7 hours to get our luggage too us from the front desk which was very concerning and we called 4-5 times. They would not provide any itemized statement of charges when we checked out which upset me. We booked a ATV trip thru on-site tour group which pulled a no show at 8:15 in the morning. We would return if they addressed these concerns, if not we would try another venue. Nobody was ever seen swimming.
