Casita Topaz is ideally suited to a couple or a small family.

'Topaz' is an 'open concept' (no bedroom door) design and sleeps 4 with a comfy king in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. We have tried to make your stay as tranquil and enjoyable as possible, including a 'safe' to lock up your valuables. We love Mexico and the authentic Mexican feel and have decorated the Casita/Condo with traditional fabrics (Otomi embroidery), bright colours and Mexican Arte. Our Condo is not your typical 'beige' hotel room.

The Resort our Condo is part of is an 'Insider Knowledge' quaint and luxurious resort, with a beautiful Boutique Hotel & Spa in the prestigious Los Cabos Corridor area of Mexico. We fell in love with this Resort many years ago as it brings an authentic traditional Mexican feel to the holiday, unlike many Resorts that seem 'just like home' but with better weather and sand! When we travel, we want to experience the culture, food and traditions of the area we are visiting!

The Exclusive 'Casa del Mar' is ideally located between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas and is part of a secure gated ocean front development that contains beautiful grounds, 6 swimming pools, restaurants, sports bar, gift shop, spa, hot tub, tennis courts and a gorgeous quiet beach. There is a PGA rated golf course (Cabo Real), 5 minutes away. You have full access to the hotel restaurants, bar, spa, hotel wifi, pool towels and concierge services. There is a $10/day charge for use of the Fitness Room. Guests find the use of Concierge Services particularly helpful for printing boarding passes, not to mention all the other services the wonderful Concierges provide!

Casita Topaz is conveniently located and accessible via the local bus system, taxis, Uber or rental cars. It is between the funky, quaint and quiet town of San Jose del Cabo to the north and the energetic town of Cabo San Lucas to the south. In San Jose del Cabo, there are many shops and two big North American style grocery stores (La Comer and Chedrui) and Cabo San Lucas has even more shopping options. Very close to the Resort is the new El Merkado, a covered open air market including a wine shop, amazing gelato and many dining options to eat in or take away as well as La Comer Fresko, a larger supermarket.

Absolute Gem!
Stunning views, beautiful resort grounds, comfortable one bedroom with ocean views from the bed, main room and patio, many pool options (full service pool or other pools for your own picnic), great restaurants on site with reasonable rates compared to other nearby resorts, 15 minute walk to swimming beach, what more could we wish for? The bed is the most comfortable I’ve slept in away from home. Very cute and comfortable condo- short walk from the ocean, pool, and amazing restaurants. The servers/staff are excellent. We really loved Josefat, he’d bring us drinks and food by the pool. It was a great distance between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose. We would come again

Amazing Vacation
From the moment we booked our trip our host went above and beyond with welcoming us and communication. The place and location are exceptional. The property was very clean and the view was stunning. Exactly as described with an incredible view! We enjoyed an amazing 3 weeks at Zoey & Wayne's condo. Peaceful days full of sun, margaritas and whale watching. Thoughtful and welcoming owners provide everything you need and more. Zoetry staff were friendly and attentive, really making us feel at home for the duration of our stay. We had a wonderful time and definitely intend on returning.

Amazing hosts/Wonderful property and location!
From start to finish, Zoey and Wayne were amazing hosts. I can't say enough about their hospitality and care. They were thorough and timely in all communications and provided great tips to help make the most of local resources and the outlying area. The condo was lovely, conveniently located on the resort property and was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay..down to the welcome chips, guacamole and cold beverages upon our arrival. The Casa Del Mar property was just right for us too..a quiet, boutique resort right on the beach with a variety of activities offered and multiple pools to enjoy. We walked to the swimmable beach, got massages on the beach in front of a nearby resort, visited the Friday farmers market/ shops at Pamilla, had groceries delivered the day we arrived - all at Zoey's recommendation and were not disappointed. We arrived exhausted and left refreshed and renewed. Will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Wayne and Zoey's home. Everything was as advertised - beautiful and cozy space with great views of the ocean and desert landscape. Comfortable bed and a great bathroom and shower. Kitchen was well-stocked along with thoughtful water, salsa, guac and beer in the fridge when we arrrived. Zoey was quickly responsive when we had a question, and we loved the Casa Del Mar property... quiet and peaceful grounds, nice pools, and friendly people ... all right on the ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

What a fantastic condo! Everything was perfect - we took Zoey and Wayne's advice on airport shuttle transportation and to order groceries and beverages from Prickly Pear deliver service. Both worked out great. Our check in / check out was flawless and the complimentary chips, guacamole, salsa and cold beers were an awesome touch. Peace and Quiet
Great quiet location. Love the time spent on the patio every morning watching the water. The King bed is one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in and you can lay there watching and listening to the water. More than worth the price being charged.

Lovely Condo in the Cabo Corridor
Our family of four had a wonderful stay in this condo. It is just as described....and more. The owners were extremely gracious and helpful every step of the way and promptly responded to all of our questions before and during our stay. The condo includes all of the essentials and is located just steps away from a beautiful beach on the Gulf of Mexico, of which there is a stunning view from each room.

We had a great time at Casita Del Mar in June. The condo was as advertised: very spacious, clean, well-equipped, great views and very relaxing. The property was very well maintained and the staff friendly. The owners were exceptionally helpful as we prepared our trip and that added to the overall quality. We swam in the pools daily and walked the very clean beach. We would definitely recommend to our friends and family. Go to Flora Farms while you are there - neat place. We hope to return next year.

What a gem this place is! Exactly what the listing said it would be and more! Super clean, quiet, beautiful views. And the owners were terrific! Easy to communicate with questions. Absolutely no problems the whole week. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Even had beach towels for us. Chairs. Everything you could need. We felt so relaxed and enjoyed every minute. Luxurious with an awesome view...but without the luxurious price
Zoey and Wayne, thanks for allowing us to stay at Casita Topaz. Everything was wonderful and made us feel right at home. The view was relaxing as we sat on the balcony and listened to the waves crashing on the beach. The resort was a blast too with its multiple pools. I echo other reviewers who recommend visiting Flora Farms, wonderful food and beautiful view. I also recommend Nick San (sushi…tuna tostados…yum) as well as The Hangman for (unreal) delicious tacos. This was a perfect vacation for me, my wife, and my daughter.

Stunning!!
The condo was even better than presented; well appointed, comfortable, and beautiful. The complex Casa del Mar was so well kept with beautiful plantings & stone walkways. Conveniently located between the two cities on a major highway with easy access to each. Very quiet & relaxing. The owner, Zoey, was very helpful & provided great information on local restaurants as well as grocery stores & fun things to do. A delightful vacation & I am confident we will return. We just loved it all!!

Great view, beautiful beach and property
Cozy condo with a great view, comfortable bed and nicely decorated. The beach is not swimmable but nice for walking and watching the powerful surf. Swimmable beaches just a short drive/walk away. Nicely landscaped grounds with nice pool area. 30$ fee to be able to eat at the restaurant, we had a car to drive to San Jose del cabo for groceries and good restaurants. Thursday night art walk in San Jose was a impressive and unique experience. Would not hesitate to return should another trip to San Jose be in our future.

40th Anniversary
We came to celebrate our anniversary and had a wonderful time. The condo was well prepared and we found everything that we needed. Even with a few small mishaps (that taken care of promptly) this was an excellent experience. The owners quickly communicated on anything that arose. The staff of the resort was always polite, and attentive. We dined at the various restaurants on the property and we’re pleased for the most part, especially The Saltwater for dinner. The only suggestion would be to expand dining options for lunch.
