This is an awesome 2bd/2ba luxury condo is located on a 7 mile beach over looking the turquoise waters of the Sea of Cortez. Located in the quaint little Mexican town of San Jose del Cabo.

Property Details

Las Mananitas condos are centrally located to downtown restaurants and shopping and was voted as the number one rated non-hotel resort in San Jose Del Cabo. This is unit that has been beautifully professional decorated. You won't find a better location to view the magnificent sunrise or place to watch the mother whales teach their calves to navigate.

The unit is just under 2200 sq ft of living space, which includes a very large patio with outdoor dining, living room and lounge bed that over looks one of the 3 large pools and spas. This unit accommodates 6 people, boosting Cal King in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the guest room. For a back up, we have a single and queen airbeds with air pumps.

Amenities include; beautiful tropical gardens throughout, 3 pools (choice of chorine filled or therapeutic salt water w/resistance swimming areas, 3 hot tubs, all pools have swim up bars w/ice machines, BBQ w/grills and dining areas and poolside bathrooms. The whole complex has onsite purified tap water so never worry about drinking or putting the ice in your drink. There are Tennis and or Pickleball courts, a putting green, basketball courts, and a fully equipped indoor and outdoor gym. Guest have access to Dish Network TV's, Various Music on TV channels WIFI and Unlimited local phone usage, library of books and movies, Tons of water toys, tennis rackets, golf putters on putting green ,and beach chairs for day use. Pool towels, linens, Full kitchen, spices for cooking, and coffee maker. Bath soap and Shampoo's. Inside Washer/Dryer. Only 7.5 miles from the airport and 16 miles from the wild night life of Cabo San Lucas.

Great place to stay for your vacation
I can't say enough good things about this property. Getting to it from the airport was a breeze. We asked the driver to stop at La Comer on the way to pick up some heavy stuff (water, wine, etc.) so we wouldn't have to carry them. The next morning we walked there and got some more groceries. Super convenient! The condo itself is gorgeous. It's pristine, the furniture is lovely and everything looks new. We made use of the pool, the jacuzzi and went for long walks on the beach.A great thank you to Steve and Krystal for sharing your vacation home with us. We'll definitely be back!

Fantastic location. Unit is just steps from the wonderful pools. Wonderful outdoor living space. Close food market, shopping and fine dining. Minutes to the beach. Weather was excellent. Quiet and very comfortable accommodations. Will absolutely return to this condo.

The condo was clean and had all the amenities needed: pool towels, beach chairs, umbrella, kitchen supplies, washer/dryer, etc. Ground floor unit was perfect to walk out to the pool & back...peekaboo views to the ocean. Nice big patio to sit and enjoy the warm mornings and evenings. Las Mananitas complex is outstanding: great beach access, 3 huge pools with plenty of chairs, incredible workout facilities, tennis/pickleball court, safe w/ 24hr security, 5 min walk to La Comer Mega grocery store, coffee shops (Abruelo & El Wine), lunch/dinner (Cynthias), great taco stand behind La Comer(Lateral).

Great Holiday!!
Las Mananitas is now our preferred property on this stretch of beach. Quiet pools, beautiful gardens, friendly people. Steve is great to communicate with and answered all our questions quickly. This unit has everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Also, the gym and pickleball courts were a big plus for us. We would love to return if possible.

Peaceful & relaxing
We had a lovely stay here as a young family. It felt like we were the only ones here with a private pool all to ourselves. The condo itself is so much more spacious than expected, and we loved the two big beautiful bathrooms. The pool toys were great, and all of the kitchen amenities. It was very handy being short walking distance from the supermarket, and some great restaurants / cafes nearby. A short drive to downtown was also fun to explore.

Wonderful vacation we will be back!
This was a great condo for a family. Well supplied with all the comforts of home and just a few steps to the pool. The entire complex was just beautiful. Everything was well manicured and we also enjoyed the gym. Highly recommend this condo and facility!

Lovely Las Mananitas
This is a lovely condo with easy access to pool and hot tub. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Many needed supplies were in the kitchen and bath and very appreciated. TV was confusing but nice neighbors helped. Beautiful sun in the morning from the patio. Only negative was the road noise. Thanks for the lovely condo and stay!

Las Mananitas Condo
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this condo in San Jose Del Cabo. Great location, conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants as well as a grocery store. Property was meticulously maintained and extremely clean. Condo itself had everything you could need, the large patio area was great for eating meals, or relaxing after a day in the sun. Would recommend.

We loved the property! We had a couple hiccups in the beginning, but they were rectified quickly. Good communication with Jack and Steve to solve the issues. The condo was just as described as well as the property. Very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. There was hardly anyone there in hot July so we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Would definitely stay again.

My friends and family stayed at Las Mañanitas for my 50th Birthday, and we had a WONDERFUL time there, especially in this beautiful condo! It was clean, bright, and nicely furnished, and in the best location on the property! Doug was beyond accommodating, always available, and flexible with a few of our special requests! His relaxed tone allowed us to fully relax, and to truly enjoy ourselves! Thank You, Doug!! We will definitely be back, and hopefully this condo will be available!

Beautiful Resort in an excellent location
The unit was a very good size for 4 adults. The second bedroom and bathroom can be made into an ensuite as there are two doors into the bathroom, one into the second bedroom and one into the hall. This allowed for lots of privacy for two couples. The outdoor patio with just a few stairs to the pool, was great. The BBQ's are remarkably clean, as is the whole resort. Pools are clean, and quiet. No fighting for a lounge chair at any time. There are three large pools, one in front of each building. This unit is in the building farthest from the beach, but it is a short walk to the beach, or to the front pool if you want to sit by the beach. Quick response by the property manager to a few small details when we arrived (safe was left locked and closed). Short easy walk to La Comer and a couple of good restaurants. Laterals is directly behind La Comer for great Tacos. Uber was easy to get from this resort.

Gorgeous Property in Excellent Location!
Jack was a great host. His communication and directions were excellent. He had a friend to contact when he is not available as well as responsive property managers. The property is gorgeous and located n beautiful area. The grounds are kept in pristine condition and is right on the beach. The condo is very quiet and comfortable as the photos show. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, small appliances, etc. The only recommendation would be to replace the mattress in the master bedroom. It has seen its better days. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

A beautiful, wonderful getaway
My wife, two adult daughters, son-in-law and 2 granddaughters enjoyed this beautiful, relaxing property for a week. It was a perfect location for the family. Quiet within the property, yet close enough to downtown San Jose del Cabo to go exploring. We rented a van and traveled down the coastline to Chelano Beach and a couple days down to Cabo San Lucas as well as to La Playita to go fishing. The condo was close to groceries and restaurants. It was well equipped and had all the amenities. The pull-out sofa was broken, but the owner Jack had it fixed while we were there. Overall we were very happy with our stay. We would recommend for anyone looking to avoid the All-Inclusive Hotel experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit at Las Mananitas! My family of 4 (including a teen and a tween) enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo and the beautiful touches throughout -- modern decor, separate beds in the 2nd bedroom, double master sinks, well-stocked kitchen -- and more. Communication from Jack was perfect -- he answered all my questions and provided great recommendations for activities and restaurants, as well. Check-in was a breeze. The grounds are stunning, and we loved sitting on the large, covered patio with the pool literally steps away. Las Mananitas has a total of 3 SPACIOUS pools and hot tubs and most days we were the only folks using them. The condo community was very quiet, and we often felt like we had the property to ourselves. We also loved the location as there are many restaurants, shops and an enormous grocery store within walking distance. If you want to go to Cabo San Lucas or to downtown/Centro San Jose del Cabo, the bus stops are right outside the door (BTW we loved the public transportation to get around town!). We had a WONDERFUL time and hope to return soon. Highly recommend!

Comfortable luxury
We enjoyed this condo, surroundings and location so much. Such a well stocked and clean home, my kids and husband and I couldn’t have been for comfortable. The pool kept the kids well entertained when we weren’t out exploring the beautiful town of San Jose Del Cabo. Plan to do some grocery shopping so you can enjoy snacks and drinks poolside, or take with you for a beach picnic just in front of the property. Amazing restaurants in town, great breweries and bars just within walking distance. Until things improve with Covid, be sure to make your grocery store alcohol purchases well before 6pm, registers literally shut down even if you’re in line. We learned the hard way. If you’re returning to the states get your covid tests at the airport, they are far cheaper, unless you are concerned with a positive test, then find a place in town a couple of days ahead. Be extra kind to the security staff at Las Mañanitas as they are wonderful and will help you with anything you need. We made sure to bring them some beverages to take home after work for all of their help and hospitality. We will definitely be back :)

Gorgeous property, great location with all the ammenities
This is a great property. This was our second stay in this unit and the value just cannot be beat. We stayed here for a fishing trip. We had plenty of space for our group, and am happy to report that we all brought home full coolers full of fish. The full sized fridge, and fully equipped kitchen offered us enough space to process and freeze our catch. We very much enjoyed the close proximity to the Mega grocery store, and down town San Jose. We stayed here only a few weeks after the hurricane, and the property was in great condition and ready for guests. Jack, the owner, was very helpful during our inquiry, and offered us a full refund if we chose not to come during the hurricane. We decided to come anyway, and are so happy we did. Very comfortable beds, lovely décor inside, and the pool area! Wow!!! The grounds are set up like a 5 star resort, and a pretty short walk down to the beach. We fished out of Cabo San Lucas Marina, and the savings was definitely worth the 25 minute drive into town. Our next trip we will fish out of the San Jose Marina, which is only a 10 minute drive. Thank you Jack for the hospitality, and we will will look forward to another stay with you this fall. Cheers

Reserve this condo today!!!
We just spent 8 amazing days in San Jose del Cabo and a huge plus was this amazing condo! Walk right off your private lanai and into the pools. The condo had everything we needed. There were 7 of us total, ages 15-72! 2 grocery stores are a 5 minute walk away, as well as Starbucks, Subway and more. Cynthia’s is a tasty restaurant about a block away, and we found so many great taco places within walking distance. Getting to the Plaza / downtown area was a very inexpensive Uber ride! The property itself is more on the quiet side, so if your looking to get rowdy and party, this wouldn’t be the place. But if you want a comfortable space, close to the beach, with great pools and a pretty sweet gym set up, this is your place. The grounds are beautifully kept, there is a BBQ area for guests to use, and security is on site. Oh and there is a mini golf course right by the pool!! We did a couple of tours and they picked us up and dropped us at our front door. When we did need a taxi, the security at the front gate always helped us! We can’t wait to go back and will not be staying anywhere else, we didn’t want to leave! We did go into Cabo San Lucas one time and decided quickly we liked the slower, more laid back feel of San Jose. We felt safe in the area and the locals were all very friendly. It was easy to communicate with the owners, they respond quickly. We had NO issues though, check in and checkout were quick and easy. Thank you!!

Wonderful Vacation
Las Mananitas is a luxury development and the property is exactly as you see it in the many photos that accompany the listing. They do not, however, capture the subtle things like the extremely well manicured and maintained common areas, the overall sense of security, and the perfect location - walking distance from shopping, dining, drinking and just about anything else you could imagine. This condo is located right inside the gate. Its on the first floor and the pool is steps away from your patio. We arrived in the afternoon and it was a very easy ride from the airport. We rented a car and had no problem finding the property. I could go on an on about how great the place was but you can see that in the other reviews. We have rented through VRBO many times but what made this work so well for us is that Jack and his wife are experienced owners and travellers themselves. The info Jack sent me - everything from driving directions (extremely easy) to recommended restaurants, shops, excursions, etc. was all right on point. The house is extremely well stocked with beach towels, board games, a huge flat screen TV in the living room, smaller ones in the bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with many spices, a blender, etc. The place was spotless when we arrived and one thing that struck me was that I did not see a fly or a mosquito all week. Not one. My wife and I, as well as the other couple we vacationed with, could not find fault with anything. We had a great time and we plan to return.

A paradise in paradise
We lucked into staying at Las Mananitas for much less than the going rate when the owner accidentally double-booked us in another smaller condo. Las Mananitas lies at the end of a row of big-name resorts in San Jose del Cabo, including Barcelo, Grand Mayan, etc. It has a very private atmosphere, with beautiful pools and right next to the beach (reachable via a short walking path from the complex). Our 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condo was fully-equipped with our own WiFi router, washer/dryer combo, pool toys, large patios, full kitchen with granite counters. Everything about the place looked luxurious and well-maintained. There are parking spaces in front of the door to the condo. The attendants at the gate are very helpful, and there are little Radio Flyer wagons in the passage leading to the pool available to assist you to unload groceries, etc. Our only issues were with the living room A/C, which didn't seem to work properly, the lack of glassware for baking dishes in the oven, and the fact that the refrigerator filter was lit red, leading us to believe that maybe it was in need of a change. Otherwise, there were plenty of towels, movies, and bed space (including a queen-size sofabed). The showers were nice and large. There is a small shopping center with a MEGA Comercial Mexicana supermarket around the corner from the complex, and a couple of other shopping centers within 5-minute drive including a Wal-Mart and Soriana supermarkets too. The beach has strong currents so it is not recommended for swimming but we still had a good time playing in the surf. At the water line, the beach goes slightly deeper before becoming completely shallow again, creating an interesting area as you go further in where waves come at you from multiple directions, providing non-stop entertainment for our kids. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here if you want to get away from the crowds and enjoy staying in your condo.

ABSOLUTE BEST LOCATION! CONDO! OWNER! RESORT! HOLIDAY! NO CAR NEEDED!!!! NO RAIN!!! Just SUNSHINE!!
Family of 3 stayed for 3 weeks!!! BEST LOCATION- WE DID NOT EVEN RENT A CAR the entire stay! - Mega, the great superstore is a 5 minute walk, for groceries, pharmacy & everything else -Minutes from restaurants, strip of hotels and new restaurants and stores - the resort is FABULOUS and PRISTINE - (so is the condo***) - we walked to Old Town San Jose - 40 minutes - even walked to the Organic Market - 50 minute walk - and then enjoy great lunches at the Market or downtown!!! - did horse back riding on the beach, they even have the horses waiting for you on the beach in front of Las Mananitas if you ask. - we did the dolphin swim at the Marina - they picked us up from free. -they now have a dolphin adventure just in front of Mega - we took the bus once to Palmilla! the rest we walked. Very easy to take the bus to Cabo THE BEST CONDO! -it's spacious, BEAUTIFUL!!!, clean! and more than we expected was supplied!!! -Beautiful furniture, comfortable King Bed - we brought our Tennis racquets, (they had some!!) all the pool tools, beach toys.... - the lanai (deck/patio) is sufficient to live there all day! - OH! and you want movies... well there are 100's of dvds and vhs etc. Yes vhs (they are old but my 8 year old daughter was thrilled, we watched a movie every night!) - You cannot beat the location! directly in front of the pool... which makes it very tempting to go every day! and the water is warm! LAS MANANITAS!!! It's an amazing resort! SUPER SUPER CLEAN! FRIENDLY security guards are there all the time. It's meticulous! Each condo building has a barbecue area, with two covered barbecues, and tables etc..... Beach FRONT is beautiful, we did our yoga every morning BEAUTIFUL CONTINUOUS POOLS, deck facing the ocean! BEST HOLIDAY! IT's quiet, very few owners or guests were around in our building during the full three weeks. Weather! It's our third time to San Jose! This is the best place to go for guaranteed sunshine! One year we were there 3 months - and probably got 3 days of rain! You CANNOT BEAT THE WEATHER!!! ENJOY THIS CONDO! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!
