"Yes, there’s construction. A lot of it. But that’s the only reason I’m giving the review 4 stars. The hotel was beautiful, clean, food was good, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I would still recommend Hyatt Ziva to anyone and would return even if there was ongoing construction. ..."

"Great hotel location but the air conditioner in the room wasn't working initially yet the staff was attentive. Also they need to clean up a bit of the landscaping. Great room size for the price with a nice dinner but they need a TV in that common dinner area. Also WiFi needs to improve."

Watch out for the guys at the PEMEX gas stations, they will try to rip you off thinking that you aren't watching the pump. Know your exchange amount of the day, as they fluctuate some from day to day and not all businesses will give the same.
