The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large semi-covered terrace. The beautiful living and dining room with fireplace gives access to a small terrace with spectacular views of the Mar Menor beach.
The sun-facing house leads directly to the sea via steps, where you can enjoy long walks and bike rides.
There is a sailing school next door and the salt pans are only 2 kilometres away. There is also a wide range of Mediterranean-style restaurants.
With a fantastic climate and around 300 days of sunshine a year, you can enjoy a wide range of activities at any time of year.
