"We highly recommed this lovely villa and the hosts Marie and Franck. The villa is incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean and has all the home comforts you need. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms and living areas are comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The highlight of this villa is the outside space. There is a comfortable seating area and lots of sunbeds for everyone to enjoy in shade or sun, depending on your preference. The pool is fantastic and with the pool heating we were able to enjoy swimming from early morning to late evening. The villa is in a peaceful location, but perfectly located for a short stroll to the beach, with several bars and restaurants in close vicinity. Within a short drive there are lots of other small towns which are all very pleasant to stroll around and enjoy the various markets that are on. We didn't venture further afield but larger towns such as Murcia and Cartagena are also fairly close so lots to see and do. Marie and Franck are excellent hosts and were very responsive when we had queries or questions. We had an amazing holiday and hope to return very soon! "

"Connivance location to beach area and mar minor, cafes and shopping is walking distance. I prefer hotel over renting an apartment. Same price without the headache of cleaning, room service is available every day. Highly recommended for the L manga fan "

"Excellent property, very well appointed kitchen, clean and bright throughout with plenty of outdoor living space - spacious terrace, balcony and large solarium. Great instant communication with the owner Brenda who is extremely helpful. Perfect location, in a quiet residential street and literally five minutes walk from four major supermarkets. Fifteen/twenty minute walk from the main square with lots of cafes and restaurants and the main promenade which runs along the beach. No need for a car. Bike hire also very easy to book and ideal for exploring Los Alcazares. My husband and I had a wonderful holiday and definitely hope to return here."

"The hotel is ideally sited on the sea front for going to either of the beaches or the promenade. The hotel staff were very helpful and polite throughout our stay. The room was a good size, nice bathroom with walk in shower and very good air conditioning in the bedroom."
