"This house in Santa Elena is so cool! Our family of 5 stayed here for three nights. The house itself is well maintained, very spacious and clean. The views around the property are gorgeous and the surroundings are lush and so peaceful. We had Consuelo cook for us one nights and it was the best as she prepared food and cleaned up everything after. We got to relax after a long day. And Consuelo is so sweet and helpful. Wonderful stay and would highly recommend! "

"The checking process was the most pleasant due to customer service agent was rude. However, the other front desk agent Christopher was ver friendly and very helpful. I paid about $700US for two bedrooms suite a night. I personally don’t think this hotel is worth the price. The carpet in the hotel is worn out and needs cleaning. "Great place to stay, loved the butterfly farm and little museum. Staff were really helpful and would love to come back and stay there again. "

"We felt so welcome and pampered at this gorgeous resort. We were greeted and helped with our luggage, the Staff took care of our meal orders , grabbed extra towels for our excursion, made beautiful drinks. The rooms had a lovely view of the river and the sound lulled us to sleep. Gorgeous spot!"

"Amazing place in the jungle. Nice room with own pool and river view. But icluded breakfast was very very simple. No hot food or you need pay extra. Only few cakes and hot beverage. Acommodation price is high so you expect better breakfast. Restaurant overpriced. Prices in USD dollars. I'ts strange.Not all quests are from USA. Road to resort terrible with low car. Overall I will give 4 stars not 5 for this resort."
