"We stayed here for one night while passing through. We brought our toddler along so we wanted a hotel in a safe area and close to public transport access. The stop is right across the street. It’s a short ride to Fisherman’s Wharf and surrounded by all the high end stores. We felt safe walking at night. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our daughter really enjoyed the glass elevator view! Nice, quiet hotel in the heart of Union Square. I’d stay here again in the future. "

"Super helpful and friendly staff. Clean property with nice amenities. Well decorated and spacious rooms Great location for tourists. Only con is that the surrounding area is very noisy and within hotel sound proofing is poor between rooms (they provide ear plugs however which helped). "
