Welcoming recently restored house with private swimming pool located a short distance from the lovely town of San Gimignano (5 km away). This house is a portion of a beautiful country-side villa and offers a large, well-kept private garden. Outside guests can also enjoy use of a nice portico overlooking the garden ideal for al-fresco dining.
The property owners live next door but have independent entrance.
Villa Sabrina is within easy reach of Tuscany's most important places of interest such as Florence, Siena, Volterra and the Chianti Classico region.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: San Gimignano with shops of all kinds about 5 km away, Poggibonsi 8 km, Volterra 35 km away, Siena 45 km, Florence 50 km away, Pisa 85 km, Lucca 90 km.
At guests’ disposal: large, entirely fenced-in garden with private swimming-pool (10 x 5 m – min. depth 0,8 m – max. depth 1,65 m), barbecue. Washing-machine available. The house provides WI-FI internet connection (free of charge).

Beautiful Property
The villa was exactly as advertised, and just as lovely as the pictures demonstrated. It was much better than we expected. Sabrina was a wonderful host and surprised us with goodies throughout our stay. We all hated to leave but I hope to return.

Beautiful villa in San Gimignano!
Villa Sabrina was a lovely location for our group of 4 friends. Our host, Sabrina, was so nice! She greeted us when we arrived and left a big basket of goodies! She left a fruit tart and a bottle of wine mid week. The villa was very quaint, well stocked and the views were just spectacular! While it was a little too cool to use the pool, it was very clean and inviting. The villa is attached to another home where our host lives. It has a separate entrance, but we didn’t see each other during our stay. Highly recommend Villa Sabrina!

Great location in Tuscany.
We enjoyed our stay in this conveniently located villa! Perfect for two couples or a small family. The location is very close to San Gimignano. There is also a grocery store 5 minutes away. Easy access to highways to Florence, Siena, etc. The owners live on the other side of the villa. The were very respectful of our privacy and very quiet. I would highly recommend this villa for your Tuscan stay!

Countryside beauty
We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Our daily drives in the countryside were breathtaking. While the city of Volterra is fine as a destination, the ride there was amazing. Sabrina met us upon our arrival and was extremely friendly and welcoming. Midway through the week we returned to a home baked coffee cake and a bottle of wine. It’s the things like this that make you miss it before you leave. We highly recommend taking a vineyard tour/tasting at one of the local vineyards. I really enjoyed San Gimignano. I was happy to find there were no pushy vendors selling “selfie sticks”, just small shop owners happy to have you stop into their shops. We stayed at Villa Sabrina in March (our daughters spring break while studying abroad). The weather was warm and sunny. I can only imagine the splendor of May. I/we HIGHLY recommend Villa Sabrina if you enjoy stunning views and access to all of the Tuscan countryside.

Beautiful villa and location
The villa was beautiful with amazing views. Sabrina the owner lived next door and was on hand if needed, She left a big bowl of freshly picked figs one day and a bottle of wine and homemade tart on another, such a lovely touch Would recommend the villa and location, although a car is definitely required We travelled to Florence and Pisa by train, which is easy accessible from near by Poggibonsi

Beautiful Villa in the Hills of Tuscany
Our family spent a fabulous week at Villa Sabrina. The host, Sabrina, thinks of everything including welcome basket full of staples and a homemade tart dropped at our door with a bottle of Chianti. The location is beautiful and convenient. We enjoyed our stay!

The property was set in idyllic Tuscan surroudings and perfect for 6 people.
Perfect location and setting in the Tuscan hills. 3-4 minute drive to San Gimignano, surrounded by wineries, 5 minutes drive from Poggibonsi train station and 4 minutes from a supermarket. Good facilities in the villa with fantastic gardens and pool - just like the photo's. Good outdoor seating area for meals, clean and tidy with all of the kitchen necessities required to enjoy the local produce (especially the wine glasses for the Chianti!!). Sabrina (the villa host) was welcoming and although not strong with her English, apart from the Keys to the front door, you won't be requiring anything else!. The freshly baked cake was a nice surprise during the week. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return.

A lovely villa in a truly fabulous setting.
The villa is a wonderful blend of rustic charm with all modern comforts. The setting is perfect. Incredible gardens and pool with perfect views of the Tuscan countryside. The location could not have been better . Close to the amazing medieval town of San Gimignano and easy distance to visit Sienna and Florence. The owners live next door but don't be put off by this as they are not at all intrusive and we didn't hear or see them after the initial greeting. We had a fabulous time and would thoroughly recommend this villas.

Great week with everything we needed. Lovely welcome pack. Pool has sun beds, deck chairs and sofa for lounging by the pool. Villa was well decorated and clean. Good outside eating area. Very secluded. Fans in all rooms. Could do with an extra sofa in the lounge area.

Absolutely stunning!!
We arrived at 'Casa Sabrina' and were more than happy with the welcome that we received. Even better in real life than what the gorgeous pictures portray! The whole of the residence oozes charm and serenity. The inside of the property was spotlessly clean; had all necessary amenities and was very comfortable. As for the outside grounds...pure perfection! With stunning, panoramic views of the countryside; the most cared for manicured gardens we have ever experienced, and a luxurious, clean and refreshing swimming pool...we were well and truly spoiled for the whole of our stay. We will definitely be recommending the villa to friends and family. Thanks go to Sabrina and Stefano for such a wonderful experience staying at their villa!! Grazie 😀

Geweldig
Villa Sabrina is een geweldig huis, zowel binnen als buiten. Heel verzorgd, goed onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht is adembenemend mooi. De tuin is prachtig en heel groot, met een fantastisch zwembad. Op de veranda kun je heerlijk zitten. De service van de eigenaar is prima. Wij hebben een perfect verblijf gehad.

Paradiesischer Platz - Erwartungen wurden übertroffen
Diese Wohnung / Haushälfte erfüllt alle Wünsche. Wir hatten drinnen und draußen genügend Platz. In Bädern, Küche und Schlafzimmern fehlte es an nichts. Die Eigentümer haben Haus und Garten perfekt gepflegt und waren immer erreichbar. Diese großzügige Anlage bietet den perfekten Urlaubsort.
