"Steid in this property for 6 nights for skiing trip with my teenagers. The property is modern, spotlessly clean and has a very good location. Ski bus stops by the property which makes it very convenient to get to the slops. We stayed in 2 bedrooms apartment which was spacious and convenient. Quite surroundings for people that are looking to relax. Parking is available on primacies and is included in the daily rate. Great spa. Beds, pillows and blankets need some upgrading in my opinion. I would definitely consider this property again. "

"Staff went above and beyond to answer all my questions, help me with directions, making sure that I am happy and content traveling solo, finding me the best seat in the house, calling me a cab early in the morning, and encouraging me to face my fear of high and ride the cable car to the top of the mountain! "We immensely enjoyed our stay at the GrunerBaum Hotel! The hotel reception desk was very nice and helpful. Our room was excellent, spacious, and clean, with a balcony, table, and chairs! There were great views of the beautiful mountains. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of items, and the staff was very friendly. We walked to several must-see places and restaurants in a great location. Getting the Brixen card for our stay was great; it gave us access to tourist places. It was very convenient to park our car in the hotel garage. The hotel offers several amenities that make the stay even more pleasant. We had a wonderful stay and will be back! Thank you! "

"My only complaint was that there was not a mini refrigerator in the room. I had bought some expensive cheese in Rome and was unable to keep it due to this. Wonderful staff and I like that they hire mentally challenged people to help with the kitchen. "
