The location is convenient to the conference center. But the room was much smaller than in photos. No coffee maker or fridge in the room. Bathroom was very small.

A no frills place to stay when you just need a safe place to sleep. Convenient location across the street from Powell Street BART station. Trader Joe’s next door and many local places to eat. If you are a light sleeper, there is significant street noise all night long.

Loved this hotel! Rooms are small but very clean. Best location in San Francisco! Trader Joe’s is on one side and a cute bar on the other side of. I’ll definitely be staying here again! :)

The front desk clerk went out of his way to put us in a room as far from the cacophony of noise from the hotel strikers across the street. It was one of the smaller rooms, but very little noise could be heard. This is one of our favorite boutique hotels in San Francisco. It is located near the Powell Street station, Union Square, the Moscone Center and numerous dining options.

Located on a main street, the accommodation offers a relatively safe environment. Additionally, having a Trader Joe's and a convenience store next to the lodging makes it easy to procure groceries. However, there were some issues with the accommodation itself, including water leakage from the heater and poor soundproofing, as conversations from neighboring rooms were audible.

There was a very noisy strike going on at the Marriott Marquis across the street. Drums beating, people shouting through megaphones, and the picket line blocking the sidewalk across the street. The location would be good without the strike going on, but it was the deciding factor for a lower rating. I booked a "deluxe queen room". I expected a small room, but hot a full-size bed in a tiny, not-so-deluxe room. I paid extra for the bigger room and asked about it the desk. They just shrugged and couldn't care less. If the better room isn't available, there should be a refund of the difference.
