Beautiful property, and due to it being in the financial district, the area was pretty much like an abandoned town after working hours. We do love the view from our high-floor, spacious conner room. The sunset was breathtaking. Staff were courteous and friendly.

Expected more for a Hotel in the price point. Great views but windows were dirty. Room was nice, clean and updated. Staff were friendly. Fresh water cans brought each night before bed. Would recommend for business purposes but not vacation/leisure travel.

Four Seasons disappointment
Great location but for a Four Seasons Hotel, this hotel was a disappointment. The room was noisy, lacked personal touches, and didn't appear to have high-quality furnishing. It felt more like an average hotel than a Four Seasons. Certainly wasn't worth the price
