This chic two-room suite in an elegant Victorian home offers soaring 13’ ceilings, a fireplace, a built-in TV, and luxurious modern amenities. It is located in upscale Pacific Heights and overlooks an ancient olive tree and city rooftops. The private Jr. studio features a marble bathroom, a separate dressing/reading room, blackout drapes, and access via a sunlit shared hallway.

Step outside to a vibrant neighborhood with fine shops, eateries, and a vintage movie theater. With a 95 walk score, everything you need is nearby, while bustling Fillmore, Union, and Chestnut Streets are just a few blocks away. I really enjoyed my stay here! The bed was extremely comfortable, pleasant views from the front room windows, and the rainfall shower has great water pressure. Very safe neighborhood and location is perfect, especially if you want to explore Presidio. I would happily stay again when I visit the area again!

Perfect spot for 2 in Pacific Heights
Safe quiet neighborhood. Pristine condition. Great decor. Comfortable king size bed. Fantastic water pressure in shower. Fireplace knocked the chill out of the SF air at night. Host was very responsive. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. 2 thumbs up!

Fairly quiet and great shower
The property is well located for walking anywhere; the bed very comfortable; the shower is amazing. The place frequently had an odd smell which dissipated with open windows. I recommend this property highly.
