Excellent quick stay
We were just in town for an event over the weekend and had a perfect stay at this lovely home. Perfect for our family of four. Everyone was thrilled to have a room of their own and well appointed bathrooms and bedrooms. Everything you’d need for a nice stay. Thank you for hosting us!

This was a wonderful home for a short visit. It would be helpful if there was a coffee machine. Other than that, it was clean, nice decorated, and in a nice neighborhood.

Wonderful House!
This house has a priority rating for a reason. It's cozy, friendly neighbors, and all of our needs were met immediately. It worked out well for us the entire stay. Would highly recommend it!

Small home in San Mateo
Perfect for our three adults and appropriate for more. Three bedrooms with two full baths. Full kitchen well-stocked, although need to bring all ingredients for cooking. Drip coffee filters and kourig, plan to bring your own coffee. Narrow off-street parking. Great location, and quiet at night. We’d come back here again.

LOVED this rental!
My daughters and I stayed at this fantastic property for a week, while our home is being remodeled. We loved it! Modern decoration, perfect layout to give each of us our own space and also bring us together in the integrated kitchen, living room, dining room area to hang out as a family. Very nice location, close to downtown San Mateo and SMHS. It was clean, clean, and clean! Would absolutely come back here if I needed a rental.

So much nicer than being in San Francisco
Everything inside is brand new. We were going to a graduation in San Francisco.House is 10 minutes from airport. The backyard is still needing some work and later in the year it might be hot with no AC. We stayed 5 nights with 5 adults.

Clean, new, good location at a great price.
Our stay in the San Mateo house was very nice. The home seems very new, with clean, modern decor. The beds were comfortable, heating and parking easy, kitchen had adequate utensils and pans for simple cooking. Very nice appliances, but no pantry items at all...like sugar, salt and pepper, oil, etc. The property manager was very responsive and helpful on a few minor items. The location is great....close to the freeway and San Francisco, and the downtown San Mateo area is close and very charming with lots of good restaurants. A lovely stay at a good price.

Nicest vacation rental I’ve ever booked
This spot is a gem. SPOTLESS! And I’m picky. Super comfortable furniture and beds. More than ample lighting. Great water pressure. Plenty of towels Could use some extra kitchen utensils like measuring cups and spoons. More complete drinking glasses situation. But the whole experience was A+++

Great house close to the freeway but still feels secluded and safe
We stayed here with our two kids and really enjoyed the house. Each day we had different things planned and being close to the freeway made getting places a breeze. Parking felt safe and the house is perfectly set up to relax and enjoy. Check in was a breeze and we had no issues during our stay. The showers were great with nice water pressure. We didn’t use the washer and dryer but it was nice to have them there in case. The beds and pillows were comfy and the kids enjoyed the tv with Roku. There’s a cute little market down the street and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. There’s a park nearby that we planned on visiting but the weather didn’t permit. Some great restaurants nearby and a nice kitchen if you decide to cook. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in town.

Nice house, except for the ants.
The house is comfortable and in convenient location, but the stay was marred by an ant infestation over the last four days. These things happen, but no action or assistance was offered after I reported the problem, and I tried to communicate daily.

Amazing Stay
This house is definitely the best in the area. Short walking distance to the town where there’s lots of restaurants and fun spaces to hang out, even a movie theater! Upon arrival we were disappointed there was not a coffee maker and just a kuerig. The owner was super communicative and had a coffee maker delivered in the morning for us! This house was spacious and definitely worth the price. Unfortunately there was 2 downfalls, the street was pretty busy and the cars going down the street were pretty loud. However, that was easy to escape. The other issue was the tiny couch in the living room! We had to use dining tables to watch a movie due to the small couch, however we made it work. This place was definitely worth it and we would love to go back!

Parking awful. No way to park a van as parking very tight! Streets were full with local residents parking. No coffee pot. Had Keurig but no Keurig refill for our own coffee. House very warm. I did not realize NO AIR! No grill. No outdoor sitting. Clean house. Location fair.
