The main level has a double parlor living room which offers plenty of living space along with a full bathroom a standard bedroom, open concept kitchen/dining and private garden.

There is a 4th masster bedroom that does not appear on the floorplan where the owners may reside during your stay. They have a separate entrance and will stay out of the common areas and leave you to enjoy the house during your stay.

This location is in the Holly Park neighborhood in San Francisco. Nearby parks include Holly Park, Bernal Recreation Center and Saint Marys Playground.

You'll have private exclusive access to the main house, private garden, garage, laundry and sauna.

There is space for one car in the garage. It's narrow so a SUV won't easily fit but a small to mid-size car should be ok.

A short walk to mission street, the mission bus line will take you all the way downtown or to the ferry building. Or Transfer at 24th street station to take BART to the east bay or San Francisco International Airport.

We are a five minute walk from the J CHURCH at the San Jose Ave & Randall St stop.

The upper level is a large bedroom and another full bathroom.

This is NOT a handicapped accessible home as all the living areas require ascending stairs. The hosts are avid environmentalists who have created an environmentally friendly home which has modern comforts and conveniences and is very calming.

Once you enter this home you will be filled with a sense of relaxation. It's easy to loose time in the living room reading one of the many books on the bookshelf or just loose time communing with nature in the garden.
